Basic make up is must for the crew who have acne pimple marks or scars as one dhould know how to conceal those marks, skin color does not maater but having healthy and clear skin matters... I mean too many acne, pimple marks might couse a rejection ... Coming from this industry this is my thought from what I have observed and adding to that what you said Yes communication, confidancr, Warm personality, presence of mind are required a lot

I can't guess the reason.....but it depends on other factors as well.....I believe there are many factors they consider. Hindi,English on point ....height,skin should be okay, also people need to understand that confidence should be appropriate, not too high not to low because you will eventually have to deal with patience.
