    I'm seriously enjoying this comprehensive presentation. Really appreciating the amount of details included from habitat to local/regional to characteristics like preference for summer drought to ... basically everything you've included!

    Nice presentation. I have to note a correction though. Mahonia (Oregon grape) fruit are NOT bitter. They are sour. Sour can be balanced with sweetener, bitter can not.
