I have a frame like that but the tubes are round and it doesn't require the wing nuts or bolts. With yours and mine I found it easier to assemble round part first and the feet last. To finish connecting the round part, I hold the open tubes close to each other and press the bottom against a wall and it makes it easy to connect those open parts.
