It seems like you guys dont understand Speedy has made Benji and Flippy to what they are today and taught them almost everything they know lol. He has enough experience too and is capable to make decisions for vagos cause he is honest to himself on what his gang can and cant do at that point. I know this cause I actually watch vagos and see how much they love Speedy lol
