I can't with this ml. He has a serious communication problem with his wife and that is he can never say anything nice. He is either putting her down or accusing her of hooking up with someone else. I went from thinking he just needs to sit down and have a honest conversation with his wife about how he doesn't want a divorce to wanting him to just keep his mouth shut because nothing good ever comes out of it. Can't blame her for wanting to divorce. They didn't marry under the greatest condition and once married he was never around. I loved that he caused his own man problem. That is what he gets for sleeping with her while calling another man's name. I've seen another version that explains that night in more detail. See her family had gone into debt and the business marriage she was in was about to get cancelled so in a desperate move she planned to drug or get sml drunk enough to sleep with her and then news was supposed to spread so his family would be forced to keep the marriage and help pay of her family debt. Problem was ml found out about it and with some sneaky moves showed up instead of sml because he had been in love with her and didn't want anyone else to marry her but him. It was a really fucked move on his part because he knew how desperate she was so he took advantage of the situation, but he caused himself some psychological problems because she didn't know she was sleeping with someone else and did call out sml name. So I'm guessing that's how this went down but they didn't go into details which is why I'm irritated with ml. He got the girl to marry him and then left her alone in the marriage. He believes money will fix everything. If he gives her enough money she will stick around. But what she wanted was companionship. He failed and didn't understand. When she first asked for divorce he should of gone straight home instead he stayed all night with sfl. He could of just hired a caretaker he has the money. He never really had fl back, sml was the one who always came to the rescue. I am glad I got to see her hit him over the head when he crossed the line too bad he quilted her into taking care of him. Even after divorce he couldn't talk properly to her it wasn't until his bf stepped in and revealed everything did things start to change. He realized he had to communicate with her how he felt if he wanted to keep her. Drove me up the wall he could tell everyone else he loved her but not her he couldn't even really show it take after her attempted attack from his business partner. It totally looked like he was going to take the better contract until sfl name was mentioned then he freaked out, while in reality it was angry about what happened to his wife he is just slow to react. I don't even think sfl name registered through his mind at that moment. I did think it was funny when sml told me that fl liked ml's bf at the end. It caused ml to kick bf out of the room. No one could believe he was stupid enough to believe that lie. But for some reason he couldn't fathom her actually liking him while in reality she had liked him for a long time. So for the long rant.
I think it's the way she's styled that makes her look older. That hair color, heavy face makeup, and those granny outfits really play down her natural good looks. 😢
His pride got the best of him , plus both of them lacked communication it wasn't just him , they were both stubborn despite the fact everyone around them giving them advice , he was obviously worse than her but she assumed as well , if they would have talked about it in the beginning it would have resolved rt away , he would have told her how the dancer saved him & she could have told him her feelings, she could have told him about the marriage arrangement that her family had that's why she assumed it was him & called his name , they were both in the wrong (mostly him) it only took them a lil only 3 hours to resolve & him saving her from getting hit by the green tea girl lol 😂 🫣🙄😂

My point is the female family is in debt so the female lead made plans to find away to marry the guy name she called out and because the male lead have feelings for the female lead, he didn't want her to marry someone else so he tricks her and use her horrible family situation to get the female lead to marry him and when they're about to be intimate with each other she calls out another man name because that's who she wanted to marry and he knows that but he didn't care as long as he gets what he wants.
Please the hair of the ml. Please different. He would look much better. You don't make him older. He plays his role next to fl very well, I like both of them. Just not his hair, terrible 😊

In most of Asian culture, traditionally, men got higher status than women, and it's not so easy to express love by words as the westerners. Asian show love less in words or physical ways. Maybe it's unbelievable and very hard to understand for people from the western world, but that's the difference of cultures! If the parents never show their affection before the kids, of course the kids got no examples and no where to learn, generation by generation, form the culture! However, by the influence of the western culture by the more communication of internet and traveling, it's going to change little by little gradually. The ML got hurt badly when she called her lover's name when they had first sex. He believed she never loved him, and married him just because he paid the debts for her family. He hold that humiliation and bitterness, and still loved her so much that couldn't let her go, but wouldn't show his love because of his ego. He had no idea that he used the dumbest way to keep her. ML actually had a very self-restrained character of not having sex with his wife who he believed not loving him, and yet, he'd been faithful to her!

男女主高顏值、演技優、CP感也強，確實將編劇想表達的相愛、不擅表達愛意、卻又相殺的角色詮釋的很出色！
只是全劇著墨於因主角的不坦率擔誤愛情長成的篇幅實在太大，也顯示編劇欠缺創意，功力也有不小的進步空間。
相愛相殺的主題不錯，但過於單一，期望編劇之後能產出較為出色的劇本。
