ok but even if Kai and Tai Lung were to fight Tai Lung would easily be outmatched because he coudn't even defeat Po without chi. (Also Lord Shen is the best villain in the trilogy.)

I think we should look through Kai's eyes for a bit he protected oogway he fought with oogway even after he captured him and the other master's he didn't just put him along with the other master's he put him around his neck he still had a brotherly love of oogway and deep down in his soul if he has one he still loved oogway as a brother his betrayal hurt him and after he captured oogway he decided to got to the living world and hurt the world for what it had put him through he specifically targeted stuff related to oogway even the panda's
