This has become my favourite fitness channel. Right to the point, and it's refreshing to see someone who doesn't need to workout in just their underwear to get views.
I’m 61 and in and out of gyms for years. I have learned so much from this guy in last six months. I looked forward to my workouts more than ever. His reps of 30 for arms has given me my best gains. Your awesome keep it up .
I workout fours days in a row and take the fifth day off. First day chest and back, second legs, third shoulders and fourth bicep and triceps. I don’t take many days off because I enjoy the gym and it gets me out of the house in the morning. Just part of my routine and it works for me.
Ryan's advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of his for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from Dietarize, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last two months. Thank you Ryan for all the work you have done over the years.
Implement these exercises into your routine. It's a guarantee that you'll be feeling it throughout the workout, and you'll be sore the next day. This guy is just awesome.

Hi, Ryan. I know you’ll never see this, but I just wanted to say thanks. A little bit ago I had open heart surgery and my Dr. told me I had to start going to the gym. I didn’t know what I was doing, and I neither saw nor felt any improvements. The gym was a boring chore. You’ve taught me not only how to exercise properly and effectively, but also the proper mindset and approach to have. Now I enjoy going to the gym. An hour or two before I get off work, I begin looking forward the the exercises, and pushing myself, and feeling that lactic acid burn (I actually enjoy it!). I’m beginning to feel strong, and healthy, and confident, and I have a much more positive and happy attitude. I’m eager to see what improvements come with a little more work. Thanks!
