This game is so awesome, especially in multiplayer mode. Me and my brothers would play this for hours. I love how if you guys are on the same team the person in the back can hit other players if they're close enough. And, if I recall correctly, if they are holding an item, you steal the item. Love it.
Why are people hating on the video? It's not like he titled it as "Pro speed run double dash etc etc", there's nothing wrong with playing the game to have some fun or relax.
My little sister and I used to play this all the time. I miss those days. They should really bring back the dual-driver aspect, if not as a main feature of the game, them instead as an optional game mode.
The computer players always use the proper character combo in 50cc and 100cc (except if you're playing as Yoshi and Luigi example then one of the computer players uses Mario and Birdo), just not in 150cc or Mirror.
Ok im actually really confused, I take the corners 5x better than this guy and I drift, but I've tried this cup 5 times and the best i've come is 2nd place. Im literally constantly hit by items, when they hit me off the edge when i get put back down Ive been hit straight back off 5 times by landing on somebody heavy. Am i just really unlucky or is this guy lucky, every other mario kart I've gotten 3 stars on all cc on all cups so idk wtf is going on but its fucking annoying and mario kart never normally pisses me off. I got hit by a birdos egg 7 times on 1 race too, 3 of them just before i did a big jump so i fell off the edge...

why dont you ever use the drift with your turns?!... they help you get around much faster!

Sorry to bring more information, but this was played on 50hz, this is why it was somehow slow.
