but if i could make one suggestion, it would be to smooth out your ingame camera panning with the mouse. it can be quite jerky and distracting sometimes.

If you want to know the best stuff you can buy for your custom pc youre gonna have to ask a pc expert, not just some random youtuber who might have a bit of experience in pc's. Ask your question on newegg or something if you want useful advice.
if you want a pc like him or the alienware your going to be broke for sure you dont need al his specs way to expentive im running gtav 60 fps and i got a intel i7 6700, gtx 970, 16 gb ram that enough for a pretty good pc his stuff is way to op you will never need it and overpriced the f*ck.
