I just wanted to know if it is possible to change subjects/courses in the program like if a person got into studies in humanities then can they still take biology as a subject or does the university allow to change course or programs during first year or before?

Yes, it's possible to transfer to/or take courses from different programs.

Chrome OS should be fine (it’s really Mac OS that has a lot of restrictions)
