- How did it all come to this? Ol' Richard comes up with a few plausible answers to that there in this here. One of his many bests, it succinctly explicates enough to go on with about why what goes wrong does go wrong among the human beings, not least among members of the menfolk community.
And the electric guitar here has him also at one of his many apt and distinctive bests.

Been listening and following Richard for a long time. I think this album is his best work.
I have about a dozen of his albums and have seen him 3 or 4 times. I bought this album for the first time this week and its a revelation, maybe the best - as you say!
@@media_dept - Old Kit Bag and Mock Tudor (interspersed with More Guitar) are my current RT favourites. Gethsemane is one of his finest songs in my opinion. I had the amazing good fortune of hearing him open with an acoustic version at Brighton a few years back, but my favourite is the version he plays on a live performance at the heartbreak Hotel - posted on UA-cam by some kind person.
Amazing. Still in his set. Oh, be something, be something fine, fine...

This deserves way more views. Talk about underrated
It's sort of getting more, in a leisurely fashion, but it might be a bit too pertinent to be particularly popular . . .
He opens with this when playing solo live. Sets the tone beautifully.

Kind of sad, I looked for this on Apple Music. They didn’t have the album. He is such a great artist but not appreciated commercially.
