What can we do if bad thoughts just pop up? Expeicailly when we thought about the bad things that has been arrived us without knowing in the first place? (We've been bullied by those we trust!)
There are two levels: 1) Which attitude do you choose to face at that moment? 2) The entanglements in the subconscious mind that need to be cleared up. For the time being, you can rewatch the video about how to clear out negative energy, and when you realize the emotions appear: 1) Let yourself accept this matter first, and accept the fact that it is natural to have emotions, and let them flow naturally. 2) do breathing exercise: Inhale White light, exhale black smoke. I will take a video to show you in more detail as many viewers and followers have also encountered similar situation

2) 在潛意識裏的糾纏需要清理.
暫時你可以回看那條清除負能量的影片, 當你意識得到情緒出現. 1) 先讓自己接受這件事情, 並且有情緒是理所當然的, 讓他自然流動. 2)做哪個呼吸練習. 吸入白光, 呼出黑煙.
