I don't have to work but choose to work. Now in my late 60's I've always focused at my jobs. And now that I'm older focusing on one thing is so hard to do. But I do help others in their daily lives.
Wow. Some real wisdom here. I've been exploring with more and more nuance being selective, being in my truth, knowing my boundaries, creating/finding structure that instead of overly limiting me actually lets me authentically flow even more. Been feeling more and more centered. Love your phase "anchored in our truth." Makes a lot of sense to me I'd find this video right now.♥️ P.S. I don't see a way to reach you - link not working.
Idk I feel like diversification is the number one rule in business. But that’s just me. Amazon provides web architecture, shipping services, speakers and other digital technologies, music services. I could keep going.
Sure... the key is to diversify around a single customer type, ideally a psychographic, so you don't have to keep reinventing the wheel. The most challenging part of a startup is customer understanding -- do this one time, and then continue innovating. Virgin and Apple are excellent examples. If you want to talk Amazon, they. focus on people who want control -- I get exactly what I want, when I want it. The only exception is AWS, which focuses on humans who crave freedom -- "we'll do it for you."
I have a process for that, and am working on a self-guided course. In the meantime, start noticing what lights. you up, and what needs are being met -- belonging? creativity? purpose? freedom? simply start paying attention to what draws you in. The compass always points back to. yourself.
Are there any multipotentialites who had success in their businesses? I'm asking as I'm constantly jumping from one thing to another :/ I do photography, copywriting and resell. It's just so hard to focus on one thing and create a strong business.
Richard Branson! Look at all the things he's into... but he started somewhere and then expanded... all serving the same kind of customer: rebels just like him.
are you very curious about a lot of things? Do you feel challenged to pick one path, but would rather dabble, or better yet, find the patterns between all of your interests which lead to new innovative ideas?
Hi, can you provide me with an email address to correspond with you about my situation? In a nutshell; I'm a singer/songwriter/performer and I have one CD so far but I really need help in staying focused on learning studio production/engineering and learning tech stuff starting with tutorials and manuals and that's where I easily lose focus. As soon as I learn something new I can't wait to pick up an instrument and get at er! HELP!
Hi @DannyCoady, what I normally recommend to my clients is that they delegate the stuff that doesn't light them up. Our brains really, really don't want to focus on anything that doesn't intrinsically interest us! Can you partner with a tech expert? You could force yourself to learn it if you really had to, but I'm not really the person to help with that :) My jam is to keep people in the zone of doing what they do best! Probably an ADHD coach could support. And you can always check out my website if you're curious about coaching: www.begroundbreaking.co.

How does one create a compass? What is the process of clarification?
I have a process for that, and am working on a self-guided course. In the meantime, start noticing what lights. you up, and what needs are being met -- belonging? creativity? purpose? freedom? simply start paying attention to what draws you in. The compass always points back to. yourself.
What was the next video after this? I totally resonated with all of this!
I got distracted, sorry! ADD :-) I'm working on a self-guided course. More soon...

Oh thank the gods
It might be a good idea to invest in a microphone.
Does a person with multiple hobbies considered a multipotentialite?
Almost everyone has multiple hobbies. I’d say it’s more if you want to do multiple jobs you’re great at
are you very curious about a lot of things? Do you feel challenged to pick one path, but would rather dabble, or better yet, find the patterns between all of your interests which lead to new innovative ideas?
Sounds like undergraduate school! :)
