U don't walk inside the walls where the bazares are to buy things. Not safe with the Muslims there. Hence it closes at 8pm. But very safe walking at night everywhere else!

Honestly I cried if so much joy of being there! It was late evening and the moon was already up and it was such a view!!
Plus Jewish people were very friendly and a lot of security therefore I felt at ease!
By the way I am an Orthodox Christian female.
I would strongly recommend all of you to visit!
Jerusalem is such a special place you can almost touch history there!

But had they read their Tanach prophecies correctly, they wouldn't have missed that the prophets (mainly Isaiah) stated that He would first come as a Savior for His people (He shall save His people from their sins), to die for their sins and be raised again. Isaiah stated he "would be cut off." That is a reference to His crucifixion. Then the second half of that prophecy is Him returning as political Messiah and judge of the earth. During His first coming, He said, "My kingdom is not of this world." He came to save men's souls, to the Jew first and also for the gentile. When He comes for the second time, He will bring His kingdom to this earth. Hallelujah, the Lord Jesus Christ be praised forever!

Thank you so very much for doing this video. About 30 years ago, I visited Israel for the first time and excavated at Tel Dor. I stayed just inside the Jaffa Gate over the weekend. The feelings I had then came flooding back again and I can't wait to visit again next year God willing. Shalom.

Over the past several years they got a lot better at keeping the streets clean. My first trips it was not so tidy. Several of the smaller side streets in the new city could use better care.

Que hermoso recorrido se hizo de noche en la ciudad vieja de Jerusalem, es como si caminaramos a travez de la historia de la ciudad de David, con sus pequeños callejones o pequeñas calles que pueden resultar un laberinto para la persona que no conoce y hasta se puede perder por entre la ciudad. De noche se ve formidable y sumamente tranquila, habiendo iluminación para que los ciudadanos que van a orar al muro de los lamentos, puedan hacerlo con seguridad.
