Former England international Lianne Sanderson has described Sarina Wiegman as 'the missing piece' that finally bought a major title to the women's team.
Chloe Kelly scored a dramatic 110th minute winner in front of a raucous sell-out crowd at Wembley, as the Lionesses beat Germany 2-1 to win the 2022 UEFA Women's Euros.
Sanderson praised the team for the way they handled the pressure, especially at a home tournament, and couldn't hide her joy at seeing former team-mate Chloe Kelly net the winning goal.

I think the difference with sarina is the fact that she let them realized that's their playing for England and not their clubs. She also let all the players be very good friends n that was the key.
She should help out the men's team too
