0:32 when I was first started watching One piece and in the Little Garden arc when that scene showed up and he made that face, I felt like there was another side of Sanji like he had some secret, and then the whole Vinsmoke came around it made me think of that and what I felt.

Luffy's purpose in life IS to become the Pirate King, and for him to tell Sanji that he would never be the Pirate King, that he won't allow himself to be the Pirate King IF Sanji wasn't by his side...It really hits me hard. And Sanji himself knows how much this one sentence alone means, how much trust and respect his captain has to have for him to say that he'll give up or just straight up won't become the very thing that Luffy has wanted to be since he was a child....ah...damn. And add that on top of the damn perfect editing and symbolisms in the video itself....fuuuuuuuu- Also, in the context of the AMV itself, when Sanji says "Thanks I needed a light" and his family flash in the back in rapid succession, along with the lyrics that accompany that moment "You'll never know the top till you get too low"....did anyone else feel some typa way??? Like I know I'm a year late and all but....This is just so well thought of! Honestly!

I watched this AMV before listening to the song by Imagine Dragons, and when I did, it felt strange. Something was missing. The quotes has a power and rhythm of their own that elevates the song to a new high - I can't give this AMV a better compliment than that. This AMV as a whole is better than the song it was based around.

It really just comes to show how much Luffy cares about his crewmates weather it's Usopp who can be pretty useless sometimes or Sanji. The bond they have is unlike any other I've seen in anime and it really just tugs on your heart when you see Luffy not giving up on Sanji. And I can assure you that luffy would go to the end of the universe to save one of his nakama without giving a single shit about what the consequences may be. He declared war on the whole world and risked the buster call just to get Nico Robin back, he breaks into the most heavy guarded and dangerous prison in the world, lets a bunch of heinous criminals out, goes against the warden and almost dies all to save his brother, he busts into the hideout of one of the 4 emperors of the sea, defeats almost her whole crew and goes against a legendary evil army to get his cook back and he'll pretty much do anything for anyone that is precious to him...honestly Luffy is so awesome, carefree and badass. Obviously he has flaws and tbh I like that. Just because he's the main character doesn't mean he's always right in his actions. That's what makes Luffy such a great character and why One Piece is definitely one of the greatest animes to ever be created
