I have no idea why they decided to stay and fight a 5v4 at Baron in game 2 after Trymbi died.. from that point on they just kept making bad plays. FNC really shot themselves in the foot repeatedly
Honestly, pretty respectable games. FNC had a lot of life throughout each game. I just wish G2 had this much fight in them in their game 3

14:31 This whole sequence...I love you Trymbi but he uber griefs this. Even with how fcked Alistar Aphelios into Cait Lux is, FNC honestly still had a chance. But, Trymbi misses combo on a stunned Sej ult Azir AND then he pushes Cait away from Sylas, AND then he also misses Q on Cait. this was where FNC completely lost it, and its a shame because I think FNC with literally any other regular champs (Sivir,Zeri, Lulu, Blitz...) they can win this and might be better than WBG.

Not Blaming anyone in particular not a single player from either G2 or Fnatic, but recently the players are just built different. Perkz, Rekkles, Wunder and Caps (missing out a lot)years ago have a match stronger winning mentality than players that are currently playing. By having internal fights in LEC, like blocking players from moving to opponent, overall level of gameplay has fallen drastically. Yike, Oscar, Noah (not sure about Hans) but are first time world players and again not blaming anyone, they did absolutely the best, just the ceiling of what they can do is so much less. Even Caps, he can do it this much alone, if he can lane vs worlds best, LEC team would be eaten on some other lane. Perkz, Wonder, Caps, Mikyx, Yankos - Hyli, Rekkles, Caps, Broxah, Bwipo - this are the possible rosters who can hang with the best - win lanes against the best. Best that current LEC can do is hang and have close games with LPL and LCK 3rd and 4th seed but demolished against the best. They even lost to NA best. Listen to Bwipo at Yamato, winning scrims is not winning actual games, doing amazing vs team is scrims (whta G2 does) is not being favorites, Asian teams are just practicing and learning how to play against all.
Only 3 things are certain in life. Those things are death, taxes, and theshy eliminating Fnc from worlds.

They got fked in so many ways that they got so many roster swaps in bot lane,subbing in and out players and staff, oscar breaking his hand. Also many people trash on them at the start of their year in winter now everyone says their even better than g2 so please dont be toxic on them.❤

They arguably did better than G2, despite G2 being the 1st seed and supposed favorite. They were never winning anything, but they definitely did well, considering how dire it looked in winter split.

EU this year was bananas. I am starting to believe that teams that go to worlds have bought their place to worlds. FNC, MAD and BDS... smh. G2 had the worst representation since team was founded.
Well, not to defend G2's performance, but G2 in 2016 and 2017 had even worse results (1-5 if I remember correctly). Still, G2 caused the whole league to collapse by taking the best players, using them for a year or two, then blocking from moving to another European powerhouse. We ended up having one relevant team across LEC, but they cannot back it up internationally, thus the whole LEC seems terrible and few years behind eastern teams.

G2 is not FNC. Also, don't compare each other. We LEC teams supporters should stay together. Our main problem we lose mostly due to draft, throwing and trolling. Our teams are better but we play too casually, otherwise no team can come close to us, especially G2.

No team can stand against them. G2 is destroying every fcking team in scrims that eastern teams don't want to scrim against them. All said and done, this swiss stage isn't much better than the old format. WBG is the 4th seed and beat 3 western teams to qualify top 8. Played 4/5 matches of swiss against western teams, had better draw than the likes of BLG KT T1 JDG LNG, again as a 4th seed. But fun.
Agreed. They need to introduce a rule in which they make it mandatory to play at least 2 teams from the west/east if the scores allow it.
wont happen the whole point of swiss is to get a western team to the knock out stage. nrg only beat eu or na teams as well.

@@ksjsjhss3475 Nah, swiss was exactly incredibly entertaining. It's all a matter of chance, anyway... Weibo could've ended up getting LPL/LCK teams as well (they did lose to KT), but it just didn't draw that way. But there'll always be some team that gets lucky, anyway.

Your thoughts, guys. Will it be better if Humanoid keep backdooring at game 3? It's a split decision choice, but I would keep hitting inhib and attacking the enemy base. Once the enemy base, I will base too or ask my ally to cancel their recall. Just saying. Still learning here. ✌🏻
I don't think sylas has any pressure while splitting there, the threat of a backdoor was nonexistent, it would take him way too long to finish the game
bro they were at nexus turrets ready to dive 4v5. they would have ended the game some seconds faster if sylas hadnt teleported back to help the 5v5.i dont think sylas would have even taken down the inhibitor. and even if ur goal is to take the inhibitor and then go back, your team is dead and you cant def. they just finish nexus.

With Yone or Jax for example, you could threaten with backdoor. Nevertheless, WBG would've probably just dived them and finished sooner. Hard to say though, depends on how well would they play the defense.
