It’s subjective to wherever they reside. I live in Louisiana and wouldn’t dress for an Alaskan winter. In the part of LA that I live in we do NOT own heavy winter coats. Most winter days we can wear a cardigan or even shorts here. So to each their own. 🤷♀️
