- Since Mr Wilton first started selling oysters in 1742, the restaurant has always been located in the area of St James's in London. Wiltons is now located at 55 Jermyn Street which has been its home since 1985. This year we are proud to introduce our newly decorated Oyster bar.
The aim of the refurbishment was to create a fresher, lighter and more spacious environment and appear more welcoming to new and existing guests alike. We are delighted to announce that the refurbishment has been exceptionally well received by all.
Wiltons has no fewer than 6 royal warrants dating back to 1838, awarded in recognition of the quality of sea food served to the royal family. Today we are still serving the finest native oysters, wild smoked salmon, dressed crab and chilled champagne, yet now in a fresh, while traditional environment.

Wiltons is everything they say it is and more. Wonderful food, wonderful service and a wonderful experience.
My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner there. My husband’s favorite was their Beef Wellington. It was truly a very special dining experience.
