In 5:30 I would have used gamma after he missed his, your team was healing which means that they are safe and mite have been able to land a hit or two(unlikely) before the end of the gamma. In 6:28 why did you aim there? I did hear a Neijire but most of the time they are in the air, did you hear something else? In 8:50 you should of hit that! , I hate when that bug happens also when you used spared alpha in 10:18 when I use it , it almost always goes more to the sides then up do you have a tip for it? (I'm sorry if some of what I said sounded like complaining or insults, I'm just curies to know so that I can improve with Ibara) also great video! 😀
No problem. It's good to ask questions and I like answering them. At 5:30, the reason I used beta was because I lost track of Twice. When he missed his gamma, I countered with beta to ensure I got a good hit in. Gamma probably would have hit, but I might have been a bit too far and prefer to use Gamma only when I'm positive I will land it. Lastly, people usually run after Ibara grabs them, but using beta gave him false confidence I guess. 6:28 That's a little Ibara trick. When her vines it the ground, the spread out and can hit things you can't see. So I fired alpha before dropping into the room to do a bit of damage. I didn't really know who I was aiming at, it was kind of a random shot. 8:50 Yeah, it's annoying, but I got to change my aim mode and do more damage with the scope alpha, so it worked out better I think. 10:18 This the "Alpha Wall Tech", the pride and joy of my channel. I invented myself. Anyways, to get better results, notice how low I aimed to hit AFO. I aimed at the ground (I only moved my reticle up to see if I hit him). You have to keep your position relative to the wall in mind. I'm right infront of it and at a 90˚ angle. If your angle is too sharp or too wide, your vines might not go where you expect. Also your distance from the wall matters. Her vines don't have infinite range and the distance spent climbing the wall matters.
Positioning bro and don’t spam we get punished for just pressing buttons. Also the best offense and defense for her is BETA. It’s not just a get off me tool it’s a great chase down tool as well. Try 4 A B9 4Y A9 B9 Y 9 Also just practice try playing solos it’ll get your aim and reaction up because everything is on you. You’ll learn match ups as well.
Positioning is probably the best thing you need to learn. This is true with any character really. But Ibara has no mobility, so it's much more important for her. Try to keep a blue card with you at all times. Even if you have a rapid teammate. Try maxing beta and stay near indoor areas. Ibara is really good inside. You can still do this with alpha too since you can shoot out of the door and hit people around corners. Don't be afraid to flood a room with vines. Let your team start a fight first, once you expose yourself, people love to jump Ibara, so you gotta make sure they are distracted. If you do start a fight, make sure you know where an escape route is. Don't overextend. Lastly, learn your matchups. Ibara is kinda of like rock-paper-scissors. She has a tool for everything, but you need to know which button to press and when.
Let's play a game: If my shield breaks in this video, you have to unsubscribe 😂
