The Varanger Tourist Road is one of Norway's 18 national tourist roads and follows the west coast of the incredible Varanger peninsula. I started the drive in the abandoned fishing village of Hamningberg and finished in Varangerbotn, stopping in Vardø and Vadsø :)

Hi thanks for sharing, this would be my favourite drive , but I am really hoping you have done this road in real time even if it took longer to drive, this is my most favourite part of Norway and to see it in real time would be amazing,( this and up in the artic) I love watching your videos in real time and speed and when there is no time lapse, you can almost just imagine yourself sitting in the car along with you, thanks again looking forward to watching more, Happy Aussie.

Is there a fly/mosquito season in this area or a time in the year when bugs are more or less of a problem?
