Mr Kodi Ramakrishna stayed with other vine artists during their US trip in my sister’s house. Some had ego some threw tantrums but my sister felt he was humble and thanked for her cordiality and hospitality. I respect him for that. Mangammagari manavadu is Tamil remake of Manvaasam. I watched both but Telugu version lacked the finesse and was loud. Andhra people somehow liked it

That's the well-accepted truth and well known for everyone who saw the old days, that Bhanumathi was the one who gave life to both NTR and ANR (MGR and Shivaji Ganeshan as well). They used to consider Bhanumathi garu as their guru. Its can be seen in many interviews of ANR and even in Bhanumathi garu's auto biography ''naalo nenu'' would also mentions that.

With due respects to the deceased veterans, I wish to say that Bhanumathi garu was not the person who gave life to NTR and ANR. Of course she was senior to both. It was K.V.Reddy and Vijay productions who gave boost to NTR and Ghantasala Balaramaiah who was behind ANR's career. They acted in some pictures produced by the alround genius Bhanumathi which were almost flops, with few exceptions which got critics acclaim. If giving life to NTR and ANR is attributed to Bhanumathi garu, it will be an insult to the original stalwarts behind their success. With due respects to late Kodi Ramamkrishna garu.

Do you know the achievements of Bhanumathi? She's called as astavadhani by the cinema for her talent and she was the only female artists on whose honor our country doled out a stamp!
