Can I ask why you ordered a new door? Seems most people just put on the hing update kit and us the same day. I’m asking because mine just brook this last weekend
The plastic collar snapped off of ours. The update clip just slides on and doesn't really attach to the door. I'm sure you could probably get away with that, but I feel like it wouldn't operate correctly. Our door was also not working well. It's a 15 year old RV and this new door opens and closes perfectly. If I didn't have 5 other projects to complete I probably would have spent more time tinkering. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

Where did you get the door. I am having a hard time finding a left swing door for my Winnebago view

Can't you just replace the trim? Why did you replace the whole door?
