Excellent, new space looks great. I would move the bikes and things to the shed at the bottom of the garden, and just claim the whole garage space as yours lol Happy brewing in the new brewery. cheers :)
I did think about it! Unfortunately garage is the access to the back of the house so we'd have to drag them through it every time we took them out which kind of killed that idea!
Richard great brewing area, good memories from the old place, i got a lot of tips from your videos back in the day, i've just moved house also and in the middle of designing a new brewing area, cheers
Wow that was a real trip down memory lane bud. Great space in the garden will allow you to build something epic. I looked into using SIP's to build my new man cave but we eventually just got the builder to build the shell, will be a few months before I even get to look at it due to tight finances. SIPs are structural and insulated so you can build really quickly and without framework. There's a few videos of guys building sip workshops here in the UK. Cost effective too! Good luck and I look forward to the brew video! Congratulations on the new house too mate!
cheers mate, not heard of SIPS before will look into those, yeah theres plenty of room down there so if I'm gonna build something I want to do it right!
@@DudesBrews yeah they are big panels, you can get different thickness insulation but can be used for floor, wall, and roof. Basically slot them together, let me dig out the video I watched.
Sad move from the old brewery but happy move to the new brewery, new beer area from the bottom of the garden in time. New brewery area looks Bob on , we all want bigger space but not always get it. Cheers
Loving the new space, so much room compared to the shed. Would be good if you could use the 'upstairs' for some extra storage. Plenty of work coming this summer, it's exciting.
nice!! you won't know yourself with all that extra space! Is there a way that you can swap the hinge on your fermentation fridge so that you don't have to work around the door from your brew system? Think that would make things easier. Or move it up to where the blue shelves are so it opens out towards where the wall will go? Does that make sense?
cheers yes i would like to get a hood over the pots and vent that out of the wall at some point, its ok with the door open and a fan on at the moment but not ideal in the cold!
WOW - end of an era there Dickie, but a start of a whole new adventure. Personally I'm thinking downstairs for the brewery, upstairs for the bar, pool, darts and entertainment. Perhaps even fit in a strippers pole?
Sweet space man. Glad I found your channel.
Nice!! All the best for the new brewery!!
Fond memories mate! Looking forward to the next chapter!
Congrats man...always looking to upgrade. Cheers

End of an era. But moving on to greener pastures. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of your new brew space! Cheers!
Awesome mate, onwards and upwards I’m looking forward to what you do with the place 👍🏻
Welcome to my world, moved 18th January, only one brew done, in new home, and first in 4 months!!!! I know exactly what your going through!!!! 😬😬😬😬

I've already jammed a load of boxes up there tbh out of sight out of mind lol, yep summer will hopefully be the start of a few projects!

yes! i realised how awkward that was yesterday when I was trying to get the FV in and out, hopefully I can reverse the hinges...
great job. do you have any vapour steam extractor setup planned?

Might have to be a midget stripper as it’s very limited space up there but I know you’d be down for that! 🤣
Excellent video. I loved the nostalgia and love the new space even more but my big question is, "where has the comfy chair gone?"
alas it did not make it in the move, I need to address the seating situation lol
