I think they know what they can sell during the opening session. Normally they sell during the night until the next morning. But because of the curfew they stop selling from 10pm until 4am... 😊🙏❤️🇹🇭
Most markets like that doesn’t sell 24hr/day. Normally open from 4pm til 10-11am then start open again from 3:30pm til 8-9pm. I’m not sure about curtains part of Bangkok but many places does do that. The gap between those hours, if you live near market like me, (not right now, I’m in UK) the council need to be able to clean the floor and empty bins etc.
Surprisingly, I just went to Bolton market (Manchester) yesterday. Look almost exactly like that. Got myself rack of pork, bunch of different kind of fish and Thai vegetables. But not lives catfish of cause. Just a way of life, as long people won’t start selling wired lives diet like bats, wild animals then it should be under control.
