It’s quite common practice in KPop idols that they use the track overlay their live vocals, aside from conserving their voices, it hides some imperfections particularly when dancing while singing. I just hope that the mixing technology will get better, sometimes it’s very noticeable specially when the singer can’t properly time and synchronize the vocals with the backtrack, it might sound like a disembodied voice is singing along with them.

Because I noticed they don't have an earpiece. One of the earpiece can do is to help the performer or the singer to know when is their backtrack taking part.
