    They are duplicating the Gurgaon story. Ansals, Unitech and DLF launched the plots at very lower prices in the 1990s. Long term vision is to provide a home to maximum buyers so that the area develops. It's a smart move. Short term it might correct, long term it will shoot up. This will become the most planned area in Delhi NCR. Prices will shoot upto 3-3.50 crores for 300 metres in the next 2-3 years. Also look at the plots in Jaypee Sports City, they are the best investment in the market right now, once the legal angle is cleared prices will shoot upto 1.50-2.50 Lakh per sq yards in Jaypee Sports City.

    Airport ke alawa kisse bhi apne plan per kaam start nahi kar paye authority... issliye sirf sab hawa hai ground per kuch nahi hai

    Financer khoon ke aasu ro rahe hai. Plot ke rate neeche girte jaa rahe hai.
    Keemat se 2 guna 3 guna rate badha diye financero ne milke.
    Sahi kar rahi hai Authority.
