In Japanese too, "愛してます" (aishite masu) is used for deep, romantic love while "大好き" (daisuki) is less intense and for more broader contexts In Wuthering Waves with the dates Rover and Jinhsi are going on in Kuro's comics, I wonder if they'll make someone a heroine there?
