The dad “stop punishing me” was him talking to the “son” as the son is haunting him (its his guilt making it seem as the ghost is haunting) the dad is in the same position as he was in red faces jail, and so is the mom (in the police station reporting the crime and crying)
Also at the end it shows the other children and how they died -one in the car (was held there till death or thats where his body laid) one was burnt alive, and the girl was buried then Ron was in the closet, this is such a sad game..
28:18 I don’t think it’s “how they went out” but rather where they were placed after. Ron was placed in a closet after being choked and he stayed in the closet when he joined the other kids. So that means that the polka-dot shirt kid was buried, the ginger kid was burned, and the toddler was shoved in a car trunk AFTER they died. So it wasn’t the way they went but the way that they were finally rested.
And I understand now what the doll Ron means when he said "it's okay, sometimes my master (parents) makes mistakes. This is just a small flaw compared to the other dolls" it just means, the other kids had experienced worse as we seen at the end of game. This game is so heartbreaking 💔
As someone who has had experience of bad parenting in the past, this is a truly hit home experience and while it may be over for me now, it's the memories and feeling that never leave if you know what I mean. It's not something you want to ever experience but the only way you'd understand is if you had gone through it as well
i mean i kinda did, i wouldnt say im traumatized but i did develop lack of empathy, mostly my brother abusing me and my parents not doing much to help, sometimes my mom even took his side, or i felt that way. Also my dad sometimes would slap me for being bad in school due to my anger issues
@@CMAKdaSILLY Listen because it happens often doesnt mean its normal or okay, abusing and hurting a kid for their issues isnt normal and its toxic, it hurts the brain causing the kid to turn different, i for example lack empathy and don't care about my parents, our dog died and i saw my dad cry, i didn't care, i was laughing actually and the fact that lmao my dad cried thats not usual.
For those who want to know what happened on 23:03 he was chocking a kid then snapped his neck (the kid was the main character) so the main character was replaying his memory of him dying

At the beginning when the song is playing, the door opens 14 times. t the end its revealed it took the mom 14 days to find the body. A lot of hidden details.
@@liljanosI don’t think it me too we anything about 14 days to find the body. I’m pretty sure the mom came back next day like she said, and found the kids corpse, and finding the father, and the funeral is everything that happened within the 2 weeks he’d been dead.
@@bruhbrebro6151 no but one of my other theories was disproven. It has been confirmed by the developer and the reason it took her 14 days was because she was working all day and came back in the night (when ghosts are active so she saw Ron and thought he was alive) so after 13 days of that she decided to stay home and thats when she found him
It amazes me how many people try to say that what happened in this game isn’t “as bad” as people are saying it is, and it just shows how messed up the world has become as well as how desensitized people have become due to overexposure, kinda disgusting. I was in the same shoes as the MC when I was the same age, father both a drunkard and did drugs. If it weren’t for the fact that my stepmother pulled my father off of me the night that he choked me enough to pass out, I’d be dead right now. 10+ years later, with years of therapy, on and off meds and crisis management, I still have CPTSD, severe generalized anxiety and moderate depression. And even when I go months or even a year without being triggered by my trauma, all it takes is a random nightmare that takes me back to that night and other similar nights to regress back into treatment. I wish I could just forget it all for good without it ever resurfacing in the back of my subconscious mind ever again
I think that medication is for the mum, shes the one whos having hallucination of her son untill 14 days later she didnt take her pills, she realize her son went missing with his dad, and then she check the closet.
As I understand it, the doll said that Ron can be seen only at night, and his mom works late. For fourteen days in a row, the boy repeated the scenario of saving his father, traveling through the closet (therefore, his cоrpsе caused a nightmare for his father, for 14 nights in row calling him home with him, and his father thought that the cоrpsе was calling him to diе), and every night his mother pulled the ghost of Ron out of the closet (remember her words that her son had already done this several times, but did not remember). On day 14, Ron broke the curse, and his mother stopped seeing him sitting in the closet. On this day, she probably found a cоrpsе (Ron was badly dеcоmpоsed sitting there)
@@Dont_look_up-the amount of goosebumps that ran all over my body once i fully understood that, well done explaining the lore behind that scene of the mom checking her closet, i was confused on how she didn’t find out right when ron got murdered, just realised the pills were for her.
After reviewing the scenes at the end, I want to correct my guess. Ron's mother didn't find his body after the curse was broken. In 14 days Ron's mother once put him in the same room with her. And it was only this morning that she discovered that her son was not around (I guess all the other days she sent the ghost to sleep in his room, and in the morning she went to work thinking that Ron was asleep, so she did not see that he was nowhere. In fact, the ghost was still sleeping with her in the room, but it was no longer visible.). That day, she went to the police, and that day Ron broke the curse by sending the 'spell' to the 'redface jail'. The curse was broken by the fact that Ron's ghost, when calling father home, took the motel's business card ('the spell'), returned home through the closet by mother, slept in her room, ran in the evening to rescue her from the 'redface jail', throwing the motel card at the police station ( you can see, the "redface jail" this time did not lead to the motel room, but to the police station where the mother was sitting) How glad I was when it dawned on me that Bruce didn't get away with it in the finale 🥲
@@Dont_look_up- On top of everything what makes even more sadder and more heartbreaking that he truly loved his dad even the doll said that Ron tried many times to create stories over and over to make himself feel better about his relationship with his dad, Despite the horror and weird unsettling art style of this game, it truly holds the most heartbreaking lore in it, that at some point at this moment something is happening irl just like in this game, not even mentioning the other kids at how they showed you how they died in horrible ways, burned- buried alive, trapped in the car.. man this game is something else.
‘Its ok my master makes mistakes its a small flaw compared to other dolls’ the other dolls are the kids at the end who have experienced worse than ‘a small flaw’ as seen by their placement, grave, fire, and the back of a car
5:14 Because we know that the Doll’s intentions are to reveal to the son that he’s been “living a life” of denial, rejecting his father’s abusiveness, this part makes so much sense now He immediately asks for the closet to break the veil immediately, but it’s insanely hard to open because the kid is still reeling in denial 😟😟😟
nah its how they were all buried, the main character was chocked but it was never reflected in the end scene, he was in a closet, which is how he was hidden.
@@sebastiancorfield1736 closer, it's how all their remains were found after death. The corpse in the closet, the abandoned car with the kid in the trunk, the charred skeleton of a kid, then one wasw buried
For those who don’t know, this entire game is a giant symbolism, the doll is Ron’s conscious, Mr red face is the dad, the 3 kids are kids who died, one In a fire, one in a car crash, another was buried in the woods, the “closet realm” is the afterlife, the “prison” Ron’s dad was in is the motel room, the spell card is the motel card, and the game is based on a true story, or multiple accounts of stuff like this. This game points a finger at all the kids who deal with this stuff, and calls them out, but the game is still depressing, overall, really cool game
I don't think the kid on the car trunk was in an accident. In theory, the kid could have been put in there after he died as how Ron was discarded inside his closet after he was choked to death by his dad.
The way each part of the game ties into the other to get the real scenario is shocking and heartbreaking, a true nightmare that's sadly what a fair number of children have experienced and are still. Beautifully made throughout, and I do hope the dev makes more games that brings awareness to similar topics.
As someone who's had parents who have endured severe parental abuse it's amazing they take such good care of me. Edit; y'all have some very unique stories, mine is well, I only have my dad, my mom left before I even knew what she looked like, but despite all of my dad's trauma and even being forced by his dad to have me while in a cult is wild that he managed to escape and raise me all by himself.
i have so much respect for your parents. its a common occurence when parents who were abused as kids carry that behaviour onto their own kids and i respect parents who break that cycle
My mother does that too. She also forgave her father years ago, and he’s long dead. Sure, she is a tough cookie who never fails to impress me with how bossy and intimidating she can be for a 4’11-5’0ft tall woman, but overall she’s a very good mom.
28:50 if you dont get the ending the kids in the different places mean how they were killed one in a trunk one in the fire and one buried alive. Absolutely horrible
Honestly, this is a true horror game. The sheer fact that this actually happens and you're constantly reminded of it makes it truly horrifying. It's strange, but I'd love if Ryan plays the rest of the series.
So dark but so unfortunately real... That ending... Oh my god... I thought i had caught everything in the story until I saw where the kids were at... Literally speechless
It's disheartening to think that people like him exist in real life, and games like this highlight that fact. It's sad but also serves as a wake-up call to reality. I was brought to tears by the ending, realizing that children, or anyone, experience things like this. It's truly heartbreaking......
22:00 - I started crying at the part where the mom left & you figured out what was going to happen. I got the same sinking feeling & panic attack every time, cuz I knew what happened when it was just my step-father. It was more a different type of physical ab*se than this portrays, but it happened enough that I have life-long panic/anxiety attacks & went thru a decade of self-injury & flashbacks as a teenager, never got it resolved as my mom said I was lying & kicked me out at 15 to live with my dad... 🥺
The thing that I don't understand is: why did the mom left without taking the kid with her ? You know that your husband was abusive and you left him alone with your kid ?? "If tomorrow you're still here, I'm going away with the kid". NO, YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM AWAY IN THAT MOMENT, NOT TOMORROW.
@@martinaleanza9756 This is my thought. It was the time after the mother asked Ron to go to bed (the father also asked Ron to go to his room to talk with Ron's mom, the time of that conversation was when Ron had gone to his room and slept). The father often beat and scolded Ron but I think the mother would not think that the father would kill Ron (After all, Ron is his son). The mother cared about Ron, so I think she would not wake Ron up when he was sleeping just to talk about his parents's divorce, I think she wanted him to rest well and then tomorrow tell Ron about the divorce and take him away in the most sober and comfortable state. [Sorry,I'm very bad at English 😭]
this really hit home for me, i couldnt believe how real it was. i think this is the first time ive watched one of your videos and just had my mouth open for half of it. the way i covered my mouth when you opened the closet. this was all really sad but in a way it had a good ending and showed something most people look away from. my heart goes out to anyone going through this or has gone through it

Facts 😭❤️🩹❤️🩹!!! Seriously My heart goes out to all the victims of such monstrous “parents”. Who ether lost their lives or survived & still have that trauma ❤️🩹💔
I’m Vietnamese and I’m very proud of this game since it was made by Vietnamese too. This is what I understand and deduce: - The doll’s neck was loose: it symbolizes the son’s neck when he was killed by his father. - Mr red face is just the son’s imagination. When his father drunk, his face turned red and usually abused the son, so that was the reason why the son was so scared of mr red face. - The card from the mom’s pocket is actually the magical card that can kill mr red face. Again, the son just imagined everything. By the card, the son could find the motel where his father was, he imagined that he was going to kill mr red face by using it. Sorry that my English is not good😅
heres a correction! - the card wasnt actually in the mother's pocket. The card was the imaginary "spell" that ron threw to defeat mr red face. and "defeating" in this case would mean sending him to jail
Ryan, I just want to say thanks for doing an amazing job, you've been entertaining us and never making us feel boring, you're always making us laugh. Keep up the good work!
One thing is both the parents where bad The farther was clearly the bad bad one But the mother was neglectful forgetting g her sons birthday “working” constantly and she decided to leave her kid with the man she just said she was gonna divorce A man who is physically violent The dad = physical abuse The mom = neglect Of course the moms not a bad person and does care about her son but that’s doesn’t stop her from being neglectful
i just realized that at 3:40 was when the dad (mr redface) actually un-alived the son; it explains the doll in hand, which has the broken neck, along with the sudden twitches as well, especially the last twitch (and ofc when the dad was going to the closet).
the symbolism in this game really hits hard i think. i appreciate watching ryan play a game like this, as it shows people a sad reality for a lot of people. thanks ryan, another great video! i’ve been a fan of your content since i was a kid, so it’s nice to see your posts still.
For the people that didn’t get this scene 28:12 the first kid died of being buried the second kid died of a fire and the third kid died of a car and the player died in the closet
Mother and ron didnt deserve that. Its obvious that even though the mom is neglectful because of work, she still really cares about ron, but needs to work probably full time and deal with her own mental problems (which she again probably has)
It’s sad when you realize that Ron didn’t understand that his mom was working late shifts so she could try and make Ron’s life a bit happier than it actually was.
Mr. Redface reference is actually pretty nice. If y'all ever seen an anime character get drunk, they get a red face since japanese people are very prone to it. Mr. Redface is the representation of his drunk dad.
When the mom left, knowing about the dad being abusive, my stomach dropped instantly. Tears rose in my eyes when I saw that Ron was dead the whole time. 😭
The fact that's things like that happen in real life - in this summer many of parents "forgot" their children all day and died by suffocating with the heat. An example how f*ck up those parents are.... Like what is the f*cking point of making a children if its only to end their lives in horrible ways. And the game did an amazing job showing the truth of reality. For those who experiences parents abuse during their childhood, i just wish u the best to heal and be happy because if u made this far till today is that because u stayed strong to overcome harsh moment in ur life ❤️ ♥️
oh my god that reminds me... even tho it wasn't the incident which the culprit were the parents, it was the kindergarten teachers, yea there were cases about children being forgotten and died suffocating on the school bus bc of the heat. two incidents had happened in Vietnam actually, this game's developer's homeland. Poor the children, and the parents would live with the grief until the end of their lives. It was a pain that could never be named
I think the body was inside the trunk, its probably of heat exhaustion or suffocation, they propably hid the bodies. Like the kid is burning to burned the evidence, the girl is buried, the kid is hidden in the trunk, and our MC is inside the cabinet. They represent their bodies being hidden from their abusive parents.
It appears that the game tells how kids view their parents as good people even when their parents do the most horrible things to them. The dark side of this game is that it's telling what happening in our daily lives, millions of kids just suffer, and no one helping them because people just keep saying they are their parents they are free to do whatever they want with their kids.
Hit real close, victims of abuse block it out regardless, yet when the abuser is a parent or guardian, we're conditioned to love them the same because it's our home.
The details are just really disturbing to me… The doll trying to coax him into opening the closet 3 times, even expressing disappointment when it wasn’t possible for the “portal” and how it created an extra step. The radio also stood out to me. I remember an old lucid dreaming video from a few years ago (it’s relevant stick with me) and it mentioned how in nightmares, when you think something’s gonna happen, that’s what going to happen (ie thinking “oh no the monster is right behind me” is gonna make it right behind you) he mentioned a strategy of creating rules for yourself when just thinking “this isn’t real” won’t work like imaging a circle around you that the monster can’t get into and imaging a door that leads elsewhere and you need to truly believe it works. That’s why the radio stuck out to me since it’s essentially the same concept. Subconsciously, you know a closet isn’t a portal (it’s still a kid so more vivid imagination, but still) so adding another rule to it makes it easier to believe and navigate the delusion. As the game progresses, you can see more and more elements of reality seeping through into the delusion. The cat might be trying to use another “character” to make Ron admit what his dad does when it presses for more details after the doll wasn’t as successful. The hard to follow visions in the beginning is the first signs. The doll is the clearest that gets rationalized. The mother is more clear and the further Ron goes, the more the short visions get clearer until he ultimately sees everything. Another thing that stuck out to me was the children. I don’t think that where they are is how they died. It’s where they were buried. One was burned, the baby was buried and the other kid was put in the back of a truck. It shows Ron in the closet at the end without the injuries so it’s showing the place. Also a bonus point is that the box the doll came in is the same as his coffin. Long story short, this game has a lot of… chilling details. That’s why it’s so effective.
@@ilhamsyfikbar3513 the choking part probably blocked the vocal cords and air so the main character couldn't breath. because he couldn't speak, he wasn't able to make any sound. i think the crying part was added to have more of an impact of the death
@@ilhamsyfikbar3513If you're genuinely choking, you're unable to make sounds. Air cannot move through the throat and mouth so no crying noises would happen.

Call me crazy but I love seeing games like this where it’s disturbing, sad, depressing, and just F’ed up. At the part where the mom ran to the closest gave me goosebumps and tears, keep up the good work Ryan.
I have to agree, nowadays the content we have is way too soft and tame, so I appreciate a lot of indie devs for exposing a lot of these concepts. Triple a games wouldn’t even be able to show something so controversial bcuz social media and everything will cancel it.
This was a seriously messed up game, in the end im glad you played it. Its a horrifying concept, especially when you realize this actually happens a lot.
Off all horror games, this one was the most disturbing and most off putting. Because you know that's happened before and this is a real problem. My heart sunk more than it ever did to a jumpscare. Oh my days this game is scary.
Now I see why the doll kept telling Ron to check his closet. It won't budge because of Ron himself he doesn't want to see the disturbing truth. Poor kid. Edit: 11:10 Ryan casually guessing the game's plot.
Guys.. I don't know if it's just me who realized this but... This kid got killed by his father in his BIRTHDAY. God this game game me an actual trauma to see but it's SO good. Also not a fun fact, there was what looked like toilet paper on the table in Ron's bedroom but I suspect it was bandages since the doll had them on his head (possibly because the father hits ron) and the pills meaning the kid has bad health. COME ON why did I have to get so interested in a game to know these depressing informations just by looking through people's gameplay dang it😭
Wow. This game, really hit home. I still deal with my trauma do this day and I am so thankful to be alive. Please keep making videos from this game creator. It really hit me.
This is so horrific because so many real life cases exist when women try to leave a marriage with children and husbands will unalive the children as a form of punishment. 😞 this was a huge trigger for me, but I’m glad this brings more awareness for domestic violence for women in relationships and especially children. Thank you for playing this game Ryan 🙏🏾
as a survivor of parental abuse and neglect of every degree i can say that people that go through trauma can either learn from it and prevent it in their lives or use it as an excuse to make other people go through the same💯
The motel is the same model shape as the white room you find the dad trapped in if you look closely As well as the police room when you throw the spell card in
Heyy! I was at the gamescom yesterday and found an indie horror game that isn't very popular but has quite the interesting concept. It's called Psychotic Bathtub and basically showcases someone already mentally messed up slowly going insane. It also sounds like you can talk to your rubber duck? Anyways, I think it'd be an interesting short game for you to play!
People who don't know: there was a mom and dad arguing after they were released them after that the dad slap mom for being late (like with going with boys)he slap the mom 2 times then the mom start arguing, she want to leave the house and they got devorse Then only the dad and son were left then the dads face turns into red face guy, then the dad was going to his son's room then the father grabbed ron's neck then he killed Ron then tomorrow mom was sleeping then walked up but suddenly she was looking after Ron, she saw the first closet, there wasn't anyone there, then she got into ron's closet, then she suddenly started crying after ron's death (cuz of the father) Then the cops came into the house then they check if anything was alright and then the cop saw a paper on the floor then the cops s Told her then she pick it up and saw a cheap motel room sigh Then the mom gave the cop the cheap motel room sigh then he told the other cop then the funeral started , and the father was finally taken him to jail she heard the new.. Can wee hit to 10 likes?
the one thing I noticed was about how the doll was showing a trick to ron by making the Bottle float which shows in before the end at the divorce part his dad started drinking his alcohol like that and soon killed Ron (the kid)
I've never experienced a really bad parenting (all though my mom used to slap the shit out of my ass for being a little shit) it's just quite sad that people actually went through this and it's a pretty common thing.
Same here pal. My issues are that I have Eldest Daughter syndrome from being the oldest daughter in my family, plus an ex-stepfather who honestly sucks now that I realize it. My mother is very patient and loving, but trust me when I say she is tough as nails and does take any crap from you if you disrespect her. She is boss. Regardless, I can see your point cause I couldn’t imagine it. Those poor children should’ve been protected from the monsters who bred them into this world and hurt them in the worst ways possible. Sadly, the power rests not with us but with higher power than any of us..😔
29:13 it’s okay… it’s supposed to effect us the way it is… it’s horrific but I’m kinda glad the kids were all together in the end. They get each other… it’s a tragic ending but the only little bit of good is them not being alone. This was done so well imo. I appreciate and really can’t wait to see more stories.
I strongly agree some parents should never have kids. If you have personal issues don't act differently around your kids, even if your fostering. Don't force the "play your part" or "act like your part of this family" I've had ableism from my adopted parents and still trying to recover that none of it was my fault. The biggest thing is blame and false expectation. Their marriage fell out and I was the family glue. Putting unrealistic pressure on an autistic teenager. Trying to raise me as a teen that my disability is a hurdle, so I masked for so long and now I have late in life severe burnout and severe anxiety. I moved out and now almost 30 and happily married, still struggling with things from my parents. I grew up with therapy unfortunately it never worked. My parents told my younger siblings "they don't know what they're talking about, it's their disability making them say that". Having inertia struggles and finding out I have ADHD, explains my behaviors and finally having time to notice. The sad thing is my parents don't know or would understand the way they've made me feel or that their actions developed a difficult mindset of self sabotage and high false expectations. My father didn't want his online friends to know I was his kid. He was embarrassed to play games with me, my parents saw me as a gullible, manipulative, unintelligent kid. My disability was my problem to them. After 15 years, slowly recovering one step at a time, finally getting the real love and support I needed, the hardest part is changing mindset, after being drilled for so long. But things take time. After I lost my cat from a sudden illness a couple years ago I got worse, my other half through my past. It's hard to fill his spot but one day things will get better. Returning to my Norse pagan roots to help some of my anxiety and aromatherapy to find peace in things I found fear.
I haven't cried at a game in a long time, I've never been let's just say *attacked* by a parent at all, but to put myself in those kids shoes, it makes me incredibly sad. I'm so fucking lucky I HAVE fantastic parents, they love me and my siblings all the world, and they'd never do anything like this in a million years. My lips were quivering just thinking of that scene, now I know why Ryan didn't show it on screen, because oh my god. I don't really know what to say, other than, go hug your parents, tell them you love them, It's so easy to get caught up in day to day life and either not talk to a parent because you're busy, or something comes up, but please, if you have parents, leave what you're doing and go hug them.
Me too, every word you say strikes with me, even the part where I can confidently say that my three divorced parents (even my ex-stepfather specifically) wouldn’t do anything like this. My ex-stepfather may suck enough to try to accuse my mother of abuse and try to take everything from us, but at least he’s dignified enough not to resort to more ‘extreme’ behavior. Regardless, the poor unfortunate children of this world should be protected from the monsters who bred them and continually fail them the most. Where is the love those children deserve?
At the end of the game, the locations of the kids represent where they died. One was buried. One was burned. One was stuck in what seems to be a car. One was shoved into his closet.
This made me tear up a lot. I went through something similar growing up as a kid. My mom, coming home late at night while she was taking drugs. She neglected me and I had to almost “force” myself to grow up and take care of her and my brother. Her boyfriend was constantly abuse her and I was scared and hoping he wouldn’t hurt me or my brother. It’s unfortunate that this happens with a bunch of other kids out there.
The worst part was how much he still loved his dad.
the 2nd worst part was this happened on his birthday (or the day after )😞
Sucks because a lot of people think like this. Their parents can wrong them so bad yet they’ll still love them regardless.

Arguably worse than how they went out because now we have no idea
The little girl in the polka dot shirt was actually buried alive and later died from lack of oxygen.
The point is that they have some relation to their death

the game is the literal definition of "All children deserve parents, but not all parents deserve children."
The gift box at the start has the same pattern as the coffin at the end of the game. Gotta admit the attention to detail is amazing.
I just don't know what to say
At the beginning when the song is playing, the door opens 14 times. t the end its revealed it took the mom 14 days to find the body. A lot of hidden details.
@@liljanosI don’t think it me too we anything about 14 days to find the body. I’m pretty sure the mom came back next day like she said, and found the kids corpse, and finding the father, and the funeral is everything that happened within the 2 weeks he’d been dead.
@@bruhbrebro6151 no but one of my other theories was disproven. It has been confirmed by the developer and the reason it took her 14 days was because she was working all day and came back in the night (when ghosts are active so she saw Ron and thought he was alive) so after 13 days of that she decided to stay home and thats when she found him
and the doll's head leaning to the right was the game's way of foreshadowing/hinting how Ron died 😢

The reveal at the end with all the children literally made me cry, I haven’t felt so depressed after a game since OMORI
Me too, it’s such a great game 😭
This is sad but can i mention ur pfp makes u look like me red face
On this day, she probably found a cоrpsе (Ron was badly dеcоmpоsed sitting there)
That's a .... creative theory
The curse was broken by the fact that Ron's ghost, when calling father home, took the motel's business card ('the spell'), returned home through the closet by mother, slept in her room, ran in the evening to rescue her from the 'redface jail', throwing the motel card at the police station ( you can see, the "redface jail" this time did not lead to the motel room, but to the police station where the mother was sitting)
How glad I was when it dawned on me that Bruce didn't get away with it in the finale 🥲
It's even crazier once you realize that the dolls neck was lose from the first encounter
Yeah))
And how the doll immediately asked him to open the closet after every single encounter just to see if he can finally process everything
‘Its ok my master makes mistakes its a small flaw compared to other dolls’ the other dolls are the kids at the end who have experienced worse than ‘a small flaw’ as seen by their placement, grave, fire, and the back of a car
And mum's neck also 14:26
5:14
Because we know that the Doll’s intentions are to reveal to the son that he’s been “living a life” of denial, rejecting his father’s abusiveness, this part makes so much sense now
He immediately asks for the closet to break the veil immediately, but it’s insanely hard to open because the kid is still reeling in denial
😟😟😟
theres so much hints in this game its genius but so depressing
At 13:25 the girl was buried alive by her parents, if you go to 28:18 you’ll see how all of the kids he met were killed by their parents
nah its how they were all buried, the main character was chocked but it was never reflected in the end scene, he was in a closet, which is how he was hidden.

Futa
This is so sad
Same with mine
i have so much respect for your parents. its a common occurence when parents who were abused as kids carry that behaviour onto their own kids and i respect parents who break that cycle
@@xela953 yeah my parents both broke the cycle and I’m thankful they did.
Ending isn't how they died, it's how they were disposed of.
So dark but so unfortunately real...
That ending... Oh my god... I thought i had caught everything in the story until I saw where the kids were at... Literally speechless
He's "Red Face" because the dad is the type of person that gets flustered red when drunk.....
And the type of person who deserves to be disfigured, both meanings, literal and metaphorical.
I did too 🥹
The thing that I don't understand is: why did the mom left without taking the kid with her ? You know that your husband was abusive and you left him alone with your kid ?? "If tomorrow you're still here, I'm going away with the kid". NO, YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM AWAY IN THAT MOMENT, NOT TOMORROW.
why did you watch it?... the title and warnings were very clear
[Sorry,I'm very bad at English 😭]

this game is absolutely traumatizing fr. It is so incredibly dark but well written
I’m Vietnamese and I’m very proud of this game since it was made by Vietnamese too. This is what I understand and deduce:
- The doll’s neck was loose: it symbolizes the son’s neck when he was killed by his father.

For the people that didn’t get this scene 28:12 the first kid died of being buried the second kid died of a fire and the third kid died of a car and the player died in the closet
No.
The kids died and were buried, burned and hid in a car trunk respectively to get rid of the evidence.
I feel its more like where their bodies were put. Ron didn’t die in the closet he died beforehand
Or instead of the car got kidnapped
Mother and ron didnt deserve that.
Its obvious that even though the mom is neglectful because of work, she still really cares about ron, but needs to work probably full time and deal with her own mental problems (which she again probably has)
It’s sad when you realize that Ron didn’t understand that his mom was working late shifts so she could try and make Ron’s life a bit happier than it actually was.
Mr. Redface reference is actually pretty nice. If y'all ever seen an anime character get drunk, they get a red face since japanese people are very prone to it. Mr. Redface is the representation of his drunk dad.
To all the children who were born to parents who didn't deserve you - May you find peace in the beyond and be loved the way you should have been.
Mr red. Face is a reference to a drunk man, it makes sense now...

This genre of reality issues in games never dies. It always hits hard.
22:35 This bit actually freaked me out, the way the camera pans up towards mr red face is actually terrifying af
Hit real close, victims of abuse block it out regardless, yet when the abuser is a parent or guardian, we're conditioned to love them the same because it's our home.
Ryan’s voice acting is really making me immersed to the story
The kid crying during the strangulation is so horribly disturbing holy hell
also not realistic, because they do not cry during something like that.

People who don't know: there was a mom and dad arguing after they were released them after that the dad slap mom for being late (like with going with boys)he slap the mom 2 times then the mom start arguing, she want to leave the house and they got devorse
Then only the dad and son were left then the dads face turns into red face guy, then the dad was going to his son's room then the father grabbed ron's neck then he killed Ron then tomorrow mom was sleeping then walked up but suddenly she was looking after Ron, she saw the first closet, there wasn't anyone there, then she got into ron's closet, then she suddenly started crying after ron's death (cuz of the father)
Then the cops came into the house then they check if anything was alright and then the cop saw a paper on the floor then the cops s
Told her then she pick it up and saw a cheap motel room sigh
Then the mom gave the cop the cheap motel room sigh then he told the other cop then the funeral started , and the father was finally taken him to jail she heard the new..

You gotta give respect to Ryan perfectly acting out these game character roles
Sometimes entertainment is the best way to spread awareness
the one thing I noticed was about how the doll was showing a trick to ron by making the Bottle float which shows in before the end at the divorce part his dad started drinking his alcohol like that and soon killed Ron (the kid)
This might be a game but I literally shed TEARS when the dad did that to the poor baby 😢
As someone who experienced parents similar to this, it's scary how emotionally accurate it is from a player/viewer perspective.
Sadly, the power rests not with us but with higher power than any of us..😔
This game is a reminder that your kids suffer the most when you’re a bad parent or a deadbeat
That cat receptionist looked like a reference to Courage the Cowardly Dog. I'm so positive
@@dafilmqueen556 It's actually sickening, I was tearing up, and I've never even been through anything like that in my LIFE.
At the end of the game, the locations of the kids represent where they died.
One was buried.
One was burned.
One was stuck in what seems to be a car.
One was shoved into his closet.
So the doll's "loose in the neck" quirk was actually foreshadowing. Geez.
23:03 he holds a kid on the bed with his right arm in the air and snaps his neck with 1 hand
I think he also beat the sh*t out of hi son after kill him:(
