Great video. Cool concept but false reality. Nocatee is very clicky and divisive. Either your with the Georgia crew that day drinks at the pool and let their kids run wild or you are team Jersey trash where they run stop signs and complain how they miss Mozelli’s pizza… no diversity and minorities are ignored. We moved out in less than a year. Don’t believe the hype

@@robertoparedes8051 thank you for the reply. We moved back to the Tampa area. As a minority homeowner in Crosswater, we felt a bit like outcasts. Lack of diversity in Nocatee is very evident. Thank you for your reply. Great videos
