We are always trying to just use up what we have, checking the fridge to see what needs using, then looking up recipes we can make. And then we make a delicious family dish.

I have never opened someone's fridge and found shallots in there but if i did i would make this recipe with them for sure - very tasty!
I got so many from my Bread and Butter Thing collection I had to find a way to use them up.
