I was blind with my heart. He pre-planned it. I noticed that He had attraction, attention, and desire for someone on his street. There is no explanation for the breakup. He ghosted me for weeks. I was heartbroken. Only now I saw the truth. He's a player who gets bored and then moved on to someone else. I've stopped crying. I released him from my heart.! He hid who he really was, slowly. man this is terrible, I don't want to be clingy, yet my stomach twist and turns at the idea of them just leaving one day without the notice or something. Was that how others that were helping me there felt when I kept getting away, because I got triggered? But from my perspective I was triggered, I felt weak against them, because they maybe only light, I didn't want to hurt them and tryed to do it like nothing is happening, because I didn't know how to do stuff + my brain fog and other stuff, with is basialy really weird, when I started with the stuff, but thats just because that damn brainfog. I literally could not think normaly, if I could think at all it was like living day to day, you can't really remember anything, and to be honest? in past it was my worst fear, to not remember and be confused, but once you are thrown to it, it is not that bad, the worst of it all was and still is physical response to emotions it still hurt. But, I didn't want to hurt them, I should know more how to deal with people.
