[[포장마차 우동]]
[재료]
멸치 6마리 or 디포리 2마리
찬물 750ml
우동 사리 1인분
양조간장 1T
멸치 다시다 0.5t
간 마늘 1T
쑥갓 약간
고춧가루 1T
김가루 약간
[만드는 법]
1. 중불 냄비에 멸치 혹은 디포리를 넣고 살짝 볶아줍니다. (비린내 제거)
2. 멸치의 색이 노릇하게 변하면 물을 살살 넣어 줍니다. (화상주의)
3. 5분 정도 끓인 후 멸치를 제거합니다.
4. 냄비에 간장, 다시다, 마늘, 우동면을 넣고 끓여줍니다.(3분)
5. 준비한 어묵을 넣고 끓여줍니다.(2분)
6. 우동위에 쑥갓, 김가루, 고추가루를 넣어줍니다.

[Ingredients]
Beef bulgogi 120g
Soy sauce 2T
Oyster sauce 0.5t
Sesame oil 1T
Pepper 1t
Sugar 0.5T
Sesame a little bit
[Recipe]
1. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sugar, sesame, sesame oil and mix them.
2. Mix it with beef.
3. Grill the meat.
[[Cart Bar style Udon]]
[Ingredients]
Anchovies 6
Water 750ml
Udon noodles a serving
Soy sauce 1T
Anchovy stock 0.5T
Minced Garlic 1T
Crown daisy a little bit
Red pepper powder 1T
Seasoned Laver
[Recipe]
1. Put anchovies in a medium-fire pot and stir-fry them slightly. (Removal of fishy smell)
2. When the anchovies turn golden, add water gently.
3. After boiling for about 5 minutes, remove anchovies.
4. Boil soy sauce, stock, garlic, and udon noodles in a pot (3 minutes).
5. Add the prepared fish cake and boil it. (2 minutes)
6. Put crown daisy, seasoned laver, and red pepper powder on top of udon.
