This is what they have chosen. Once they have been warned, it's up to them to accept or decline. Unfortunately, it looks like most will not. Side note: 999 out of them 1000 (or vast majority) are Yajuj and Ma'juj; I think this is from hadith. Have a good day.
@bayreuth79 Also God, alone, has the ability to put someone in heaven or hell. The opinions of people do not limit Gods options. That is not a statement against the Sheikh.
@bayreuth79 It may be depressing but your depression does not have any effect on whether or not his statement is true. I personally would like some clarification as to what the Sheikh was saying because I have heard other opinions. It is also important to remember that God has given himself the title of "Lord of the Day of Judgement". Meaning he alone has the knowledge/ understanding/ wisdom/ i.e. all the qualities required to be just in his judgement.

Most people will be in the hellfire? Isn't that a rather depressing view of reality that the majority of humanity will suffer for all eternity?
