the map inside the map idea actually sounds awesome and i would think doable. You just have a small map inside the ball where you have a 1v1 take place and then the other 2 players 1v1 with the ball they are in, in a normal map. Sounds cool. Would be trippy inside the ball as its flying around the field if its transparent.
With the way balls work in rocket league, I don't think it'd actually be doable. Not to mention it would be a LAGGY nightmare, if it even did work.

Couple ideas while watching. The flat shape would be cool in the tanks map as the bullets instead of normal RL balls. Also, not sure it would work, but the claim about riding the flat ball made me think of adding that to a lava map and having to try to navigate around while on the ball.

As someone who has only ever played Othello, but also read a fair share of Hikaru No Go... they look similar, but are completely different games. Go being far more complex by my understanding. I think Othello might also be known as Reversi

1000% want to see Catan in RL but I can understand that the programing would be absolutely insane and I know next to nothing about programing or logic! Only thing I would recommend is that maybe you partner with some people in the community who may be more proficient in programming to lessen the load on yourself!! Have to imagine there's some people out there who fit the bill and would be willing to help!! Loving the content as always! Best RL content creator in the game, right here!

The game you mentioned where you flip black/white pieces I believe is called Reversi. However Go is much more complex game than reversi, that its actualy more complex than chess.
I think simple games in rocket league would be cool. Would love to see you guys play connect 4, battle ship, sorry. Maybe even monopoly down the line :)

you should make a mode where you can dent the ball and it changes physics and if you hit it at a certain speed when it looks a certain way it can break and then it splits into two pieces!

Yes finish the Catan map lol! But also you could make an alternate map that just plays on a Catan board. Similar to the chess map you played on before. Something with less logic to build out but you can use a lot of the assets and structure you already worked on.

Could i recommend a thing here? Every time someone scores, the ball gets more and more transparent until its completely invisible. There'd still be the circle on the ground beneath it, along with five more of those on each wall and the roof.
