One thing I see is elder's could have been any of the 5 fold ministry gifts. For e.g. Peter was an apostle as well as an elder.1Pe5:1
Very Biblical content! Another point that comes to mind is that NT elders are raised up from within the church body. They are not hired by a board based resumes or ordinations. Also, the NT words for the leaders are elders = overseer = bishop and the job assigned is to shepherd (verb). The Latin word for shepherd is pastor. So “shepherding” is the function of the elders (which was your first point).

What is difrents between Elders and Diakons?
@@martinkocev7240 Hi Martin! The Bible gives elders responsibility over the entire body but they are to devote themselves to the spiritual needs. Deacons are load lifters to free up the elders for this work. So deacons lead with practical things like getting the rooms and equipment ready, and looking after practical needs for the poor and sickly who need visits or charity. This does not mean deacons do all the work alone; rather they are to lead the body in doing this work. It is when the entire body does the work that it is built up according to Eph 4.16.
