Pregnancy Nighttime Skincare Routine for Melasma & Stretch Marks

- Here is my nighttime pregnancy skincare routine, I wanted something to address my melasma, pigmentation, dark spots and prevent/treat stretch marks so sought advice from both my dermatologist and OB/GYN - as you should too before trying anything shown here that your pregnancy skincare routine is safe for you. Just because my doctor approved it for ME does not mean it is safe for YOU so ALWAYS check with your health professional.

Whenever I travel I take my face halo, soooo much easier than packing a load of makeup removal products in my suitcase. I just wash it afterwards, hang it up and its ready to use the next night ❤️

An affordable and amazing balm cleanser is the Sumptuous Cleansing Butter from the Body shop!
I tried multiple ones, Elemis included, but the Body Shop one just works better!
Takes away all the makeup and doesn’t leave any residue.

To conserve a bit of energy, just up it a cpl degrees. When you get home, the air will stay on longer to cool the house back down. Making it work longer and harder. So if you turn it up then down when you return, Les energy needed. 😊. Video is awesome as always! You look great

Hi chloe great video...if you're trying to get rid of dark spots i suggest you try ducray melascreen depigmentant its very effective and way less expensive than lytera 2.0

The only cleanser that doesn’t cloud my vision is the Elemis oil cleanser! It’s like the balm but in liquid form. Everything else gets stuck in my eyes :(
I used bio oil, I'm in Europe, and it prevented any new stretch marks! I already had alot from puberty growth spurts.
@@blondiewendy found the ingredients translate to English. Europe is alot stricter with safety of products that the US. Lots of things sold in food in the US are illegal in Europe. Same for cosmetics. Bio oil is literally sold as a product for reducing scars and preventing stretch marks during pregnancy. If there was evidence that it wasn't safe then it would gave been pulled from the market.
