Cariocas 🔥incredibly delicious With surprise ingredients!!

Incredibly delicious cariocas with ingredients left over from the Christmas holidays. To make them, we will need:
Six to seven melomakaronas
Two large pieces of basil pie
125 g. chocolate couverture
50 g. heavy cream
A handful of walnuts
Optionally, a spoonful of cognac
For the topping:
250 g. chocolate couverture
100 g. cream
(If Christmas is over, you can use tsoureki instead of Vasilopita instead of melomakarona Moustokouloura Half a Spoon of Cinnamon and Half a Clove)
