- The daily telegraph keeps running this old news BS and not the facts, they were in court but they don’t want to talk about the truth, no one wanna click on that. This is actually absurd and they tread a very thin line of being able to get away with stuff by just implying things. I thought trump was crazy with the whole fake news but for some time now I don’t read anything or believe anything I do. I’ve noticed it’s always the daily Telegraph and not the Herald that’s why you say the smart ppl read the herald. They run facts not clickbait!

It is an epedemic, all states changed legislation to the point nearly all relationships fall under that banner. I was amicable with my ex for 14 years she never once called the police on ne ever. She has been threatened twice after we split and called the cops on those two instantly! She recently got caught cheating on her husband, kicked him out then moved a new guy in the same week! When I found out who it was, I dipped! I now have an order on me because I dont want this guy around my daughter.
Most kids are raised by step fathers in the west. Most.
I know a woman with 6 kids to 6 different fathers, all of those males have orders on them. Nearly every father I know has now had these orders.
Ive never threatened my ex as she is my kids mother, but I cant stand her network of 'friends' they are all lying cheating drunks.

I agree with you Nathan and it is so wrong. Women or men making false allegations are making it harder for those that are or have experienced domestic violence and assault. People need to think about potential repercussions before they make claims like this. It has the very real potential to ruin people's lives. Stay strong and I'm sorry this happened to you 😢

I did 16 months in Bathurst prison for a non-violent ADVO breach.
It's not right. Happens too often. And used as a way to punish ex's. The truly threatening ones go under the radar to often with all the bs claims. Makes me cranky
I agree Nathan I got 2 years for exactly the same reason a verbal communication or argument about our daughter and visiting her when we separated I couldn’t believe it I got DV charges and convictions plus AVOs in her name and my daughters just to rub salt in to wound

Yeah mate been through it myself only swore at my ex n pointed my finger n was charged with domestic violence haven't seen my kids for over 5 years.
Mate I got charged by false allegations because I broke of the the relationship 2 days later she walks into a police station and says I did this and that no evidence of course just a statement had to report every day for over a year and I fought the case and won but the hell of being arrested at work in front of my workmates where the fuck is my compensation what a joke the system is

Ypur state would have done very similar things.
