@drago-ig6ms they changed the cloudflare dashboard a little, based on what I saw last time I logged in. But I found it there. Have not log in from this past week.
It doesn't necessarily have to be 100:: ; they just need an AAAA record for the domain to resolve, and no traffic is actually sent to the designated IP. Since 100:: is reserved by IANA as discard-only address IP, it's safe to use for dummy records like this
