That’s pretty vague. What is your skill in marketing? Who do you want to serve? I’d start by finding a few clients I think I’d like working with and offer my services for free or very low to get reps. Then slowly raise rates. My first client was $200/mth. Then within a few months ones at $2k. Then shortly after charging 5-15k per project etc. I earned the increase.
Great stuff! It is so important to know which problem you’re trying to solve in business so you don’t waste time. And hard to know which problem to solve if you don’t know what level you’re at. We’ve got 3 businesses at different levels. 1 Pioneer. 1 Pathfinder. 1 Navigator.
@gregoryjhickman I have a very small agency with 5 employees. The part about creating systems and productized services was the most interesting. Just hiring people and assigning them to clients does not feel like a good business model. That totally makes sense, and it is good to hear somebody validate this idea that has been living at the back of my mind.
Great video Greg, the amount of work you have put into this, is amazing, the incorporation of information from the sixthdivision guy and Alex Hormozi and your experience. Its great learning from your videos, this is my first comment on a youtube video. great work man. I would also appreciate the link.
Another banger. Awesome 🎉
Hey Greg! It blows my mind that this video doesn't have more views. You lay out so much value here!
Appreciate that. Give it a share! Most people won’t actually execute on that. They want a shiny object 😂
If you were very skilled as a digital marketer (I am) but dont have any clients, where would you start and how much would you charge?
