Dizzy is often a sign of high blood pressure. See a dr or at least get a cuff and check yourself a few times. And if you already do meds, maybe you need to adjust them.
… Or too many carbs and sugar. He does eat a lot of bread.
Get some pink grapefruit juice to lower blood pressure. I went off my meds and feel so much better.

Thank you for cleaning up the mess and thank you for holding people accountable. I have upon occasion had to do the same in wilderness areas where people are irresponsible and defiling. Are you hydrated? You are in the desert. You need about 3 quarts of water. Coffee, tea & soda are dehydrating. Orange juice is good to replace potassium and add a few shakes of Redman Salt to your water to replace your sodium and some minerals. I've been down the road of dehydration myself to know. I'm a desert rat and understand the need for Water. I've backpacked in the desert a lot and crossed the Grand Canyon on foot. Take care.

Pizza - yum. That black box is a box the funeral home gives with deceased cremains, exactly the same as I got when my dad died before I put the ashes in a nicer urn. It is sad that they put all of the other garbage along with it. 😢

The whitish gray water by the shoreline could very well be the cremains from the black box. I don't know if that is legal but my first thoughts it was drugs but with that level of disgusting behavior they wouldn't ditch drugs. I wouldn't go swimming near that if it were me.

I just took somebody to the hospital that didn't want to go last week, Fortunately I got the person to go and he ended up getting two stents and has to go back in in a week for one or two more. He smoked though which is bad over time. Get yourself an automatic blood pressure device and check yourself. High blood pressure is the silent killer and so easy to control. I once thought of myself as invincible too till the day I got mine. Feel great after fortunately.
As for the litterers, no shortage of dirtbags. I guess they don't care about the environment where they came from. Hope the Ranger has a nice discussion with them.
