Fury showed so much boxing skill in the first fight.
The first round, of the first fight, completely set the tone of the trilogy.
Fury in the 2nd fight was the best version of Fury we've ever seen.
I agree. The focus and menace was out of this world. He had a job to do and he did like a MACHINE
that version of Fury would beat any fighter
Interesting as the styles change match by match. Wilder loses so much of his snap as he increases his weight to counter the close work of Fury... but plays into the hands of Fury's speed which is shocking for a man that big. Then it's noticeable how Fury's showboating in the first, becomes all business in the second and third.
Biggest change is Fury, first fight so much herky jerky, bouncing, snapping jabs, then he gets heavier, plants his feet, throws the big combos, getting stuck in on the inside, fury in that second fight would beat almost anyone in history.
The greatest thing about fury is he could actually change his style and make it genuinely work great adaptive fighter people now only think fury is slower and less technical after the 3rd fight but that's cos he chose to use that kronk style he can go back to his old fighting style or his new one depending on who he's fighting and what he thinks will be the best option fantastic heavyweight fighter ✊

@@gypsyemperor7535 yeah plus the first fight he wasn't fully fit, and he, his dad and family also thought he'd came in too light for the first fight and that Ben was a terrible choice of trainer! Second time he got his tactics spot on, lean on a man and put it on him. Lol

Well... That was almost a whole 48 hours BT sport went without posting Fury vs Wilder videos on YT. Must've given the wee work experience lad Christmas Day off.

Wow, it's obviously Fury wasn't in good condition in third fight.
He was too fat and slow. When he fell on the ground, he took so much deep breath that means he didn't recover from COVID at all.

The first match could easily have been called for Wilder and that would have been the end of that. Fury was a totally different animal on the 2nd and 3rd attempt.

There was always a danger of dangerous right ko punch of Wilder. Anyone else would have got knocked out cold but Fury managed to dodge and dismantle that right bomb in all three fights. This right hand factor kept fans on their toes in all 3 fights.
Wilder's KO punch was even more dangerous to himself because it kept him in fights taking horrible beating that should otherwise have caused him to be TKO:ed, but everyone knew no matter how badly beaten and out of stamina he seemed he still always had a good chance to turn the fights around with just one right hand punch and more often than not it eventually connected with devastating force as if it had it's own fuel tank.

i really dont understand these big differences in wilders performance from fury 1 to 2 and 3... in first fight he wasnt that heavy and had could fight until the end with no sleepyness. in the 2 and 3 fight he was sleeping afer third round and had no stamina at all as if he steped into the ring with the plan of just trying to kill fury in the first 2 rounds and if that doesnt work just survive and lose... i think we would have a better trilogy if wilder had more stamina and not that much weight... i dont say he would win but the fights would be way more interesting not only until the third round like in the second and third fight
Well, putting on weight concept was pretty simple. It was supposed to allow Wilder to overcome Fury's bigger size and wearing off Wilder by leaning on him as Fury did in the 2nd fight. Too bad he didn't think about his slick legs which weren't able to carry so much weight.

Fury really messed with wilders head from the first round of fight 1 until the last round of 3. Can see wilder getting more and more annoyed, especially in that first fight.

The guy who was commentating the first fight must have been drunk on something as he was just mentioning a lot of punches from Wilder that were clearly missing or ineffective but kept saying "he landed". Wilder missed a lot of punches and if one was not watching this fight but instead listening to this commentator he might have mistaken wilder having been dominant while the opposite is true. Wilder threw a lot of wild punches and i think Wilder knows he should've lost the first fight as even in his post match interview he said "with those two drops i definitely won the fight". It basically means Wilder counted on the two knockdowns and those two knockdowns saved his belt
