i see this, some years ago, 2016 i think, in Genoa (Italy) a downburst storm it had destroyed everything, andi i remember rain and wind pushing up. i was with open window and the wind almost pulling me out!
@@MideanStone Yeah, but you have real real hot weather overthere. In Europe we have had a severe heatwave with severe drought for about 2 monts, about 30-35 °C (I don't know the fahrenheid ;) and you have heatwaves of 40-45°C, maybe more so that is massive?

Those blasts of wind and rain came & went quickly, didn't they? (Fortunately.) I appreciate that the camera was on a tripod for most of this video. It's rare to see a stable camera shooting in a storm like this, since most people wave their hands around in excitement and sometimes panic in such situations, with very aggravating results for viewers.
+Raketenbaum Ja, der Downburst bzw. Microburst wurde durch eine Analyse bestätigt. Wobei die räumliche Ausdehnung & Dauer nichts darüber aussagt, ob es sich um einen Downburst oder einen Tornado handelt. Letzteres kann eine Breite von wenigen Metern bis über 1km annehmen und entsprechend auch kürzer oder länger andauern. Ein Downburst kann das allerdings genauso, wobei man in diesem Fall nur durch eine genaue Analyse sowie einen direkten Vergleich der Schäden (also Fallmuster etc.) sagen konnte, um was es sich am 07.07.2015 tatsächlich gehandelt hat. Weder die Radarbilder noch andere Informationen konnte man zur genauen Auswertung nutzen, deswegen haben selbst professionelle Meteorologen spekuliert.

WOW!! I've never witnessed a storm so sudden or so intense in my part of the US. I lived in the Appalachian Mtns. (state of WV) for my first 17 years, and then in Chicago, IL -- the Great Lakes Region of the US -- for the remaining 50+ years. This is REALLY a severe storm according to our standards, although not destructive that I could see. It was quite exciting.
Voll ein Flashback an den 13.7.2021 um 02:00 nachts. Downburst in Zürich. Schwere Sturmschäden. Büsche haben Teilweise keine Blätter mehr dran. Zahlreiche umgeknickte Bäume (teilweise wie Zundhölzer)
I don't think that was a tornado, certainly a powerful microburst though, which can be just as destructive. Notice how the wind came almost straight down, basically that was witnessing a severe storm collapsing on itself; all that heavier, hail cooled air dropped right out of the storm right on ya. Very awesome and powerful display of nature, very awesome camera work too!
Erinnert mich an den schlimmen Tag in Froschhausen vom 19.08.19, da kam eine weiße Wand bei uns und dann ging es 5 Minuten so, wie es bei euch eine Minute lang ging, wo man nix mehr sehen konnte. Das Resultat, alles überschwemmt und bei uns sind reihenweise sogar die Häuse eingestürzt

Bei mir in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern war so ein Unwetter auch schon ein mal, da ist gegen über bei dem Neubau der keller bis fast unter der Decke mit Wasser volleglaufen.
Ich mag solches Wetter... wenn ich drin bin. Am Tag schönes Wetter mit Sonnenschein und am Abend ein Gewitter mit Downburst... das Auto ist am nächsten Tag auch sauber

I think it's a microburst...We've had one in 2011 in Belgium at "pukkelpop festival".It made trees snap and damaged the tents, killing 5 people.The footage is scary. Pukkelpop storm 2011 for those who want to see that...

The average german stone-house easily withstands extreme weathers like this one. Even Tornados we have here from time to time usually just destroy the outer parts of the roof. What I'd like to know is, if an F4 or F5 could rip buildings apart as I have seen it from pictures of Tornados in the uSA. The pictures of destruction from the Jarrel-Tornado for example, there were only concrete fundaments left on the location where the tornado crossed.
