Honestly, right now I have given up on electrocute. It might give me more damages in lane, but phase rush consistently allow me to trade better, because I can blow my load and get out at mach 1. Later in the game, it just scale better and allow me to stall game for stupidly long, because they just can't catch me and I clear the waves too fast. I also gave up on Liandry's. The burn is negligible and the 15% increase on tanks is nice, but does not compare to the extra utility of Everfrost and RoA. In the case of RoA, they just overbuffed the movement speed part of the passive. I have soooo many 0 deaths games right now, mostly because of that. It is always nice to be speeding away from a Hecarim and actually out runing him. I even picked up Cosmic Drive a few times now and it was doing a lot of work. I do not even build Zonya anymore, when they do catch me, it would not save me (the majority of the time), so I just opt to be harder to catch. Also, that 30 AH on Cosmic is stupid, I can reposition the ult sooo often and WALL!
Agreed, ever since changing to Phase Rush and RoA I get into bad positions a lot less often. I've gone from plat1 to diamond 3 as well, but that might be luck honestly.

My win rate is still around 55%, but for how well I performed, I think it should be higer and I am getting the wrong side of the RNG right now. There is a game wherw my Kennen used the blast fruit to throw me in the middle of the enemy team 3 times! Those were my 3 deaths, all 1000 gold... Of course we lost... The first time I thought it was a mistake, but after the 3rd, I concluded it was intentionnal and I reported him, with time stamps and all. I also had an Hecarim who kept pushing enemies OVER my wall and then flame me for shit wall. They were stuck with us until he pushed them over with E... This happened like 4-5 times. An other defeat. I am getting tilted right now, but at least I did get a 6 win streak yesterday, all with 12+ kills and 3 or less deaths. Also, idk what is up with my main account. My 2 alts are sigbificantly higer rank, but I just can't climb on my main. Positive win rate, lose more LP than I gain. Meanwhile the alts gaining 20 LP per games while a whole division ahead.
