Hi Jackie, the little tins of Crazy Aaron’s thinking putty are meant to be small. The brand does two sizes - the larger tin that has loads in it and those small tins which are meant to be portable. they actually come in more then 2 sizes. Largest tin I have has 3.2oz which are normally around $15 then a 2.1 oz is around $10 then their sensory putties come in 0.7 oz for $8 and then their mini is . 46 oz for $4 😁 I also love their putties and they have so many more now then they did originally 😊
@@BcOriginal Oh wow, thank you for letting me know. They’ve definitely added some of those sizes since last time I bought one. I’ve got a few different ones as well as each different texture and consistency offers a different sensory input.
@@reubenbryant okay that makes sense because I think when I bought my first 2 tins about 5 years ago they probably only had 2 sizes and definitely didn't have the sensory putty. I recently got into buying them again and the crisp apple sensory putty smells so good definitely recommend 😆
As a Mexican I very much appreciate you checking on Day of the Dead. I'm a fellow nerd so I'm also compelled to tell you that "días" is plural (days) and the holiday is called "Día de los muertos" but you were 99% correct and your pronunciation for a non Spanish speaker was 👌chef's kiss.
I am 54 and I go trick-or-treating with my grandkids. I always dress up in a costume that's pretty much impossible to tell my age. Most of the houses I go to give treats to anyone, but there's one particular place where they give candy to the kids, and jello shots to the adults. I don't always get them unless I show them my driver's license lol. Another place gives out envelopes with money inside. You can get a couple nickels, a fifty cent piece, or even $5, which I got when I was 12! You choose your own envelope. And a few places give out full size candy bars! I will never stop trick-or-treating, as long as I am still able to walk around long enough to collect whatever I can!
As someone who lives at more than a mile above sea level, the pop-it ball at 24:06, and the pumpkin thing at 25:35 look like they were made at a higher altitude than where Jackie is. I've seen my fair share of stuff expand when shipped from lower altitudes, and have had things get squished when I traveled to lower altitudes.
The Sugar Skull Pop it was SO popular last year we brought it back this year! It does have an interesting texture, but it does NOT peel off! I still have mine from last year and use it all the time ❤
I trick-or-treated for the very first time at like age... 27? 28? idk. It was fun. I helped parents wrangle their children who kept running off. I was just there for the treats, but I noticed way too many children getting separated from adults in the dark, so I helped them find their group again. (Edit: lost child wrangling tip: do not ask adults if the child you found is theirs. Ask the child if the adult is the adult they're supposed to be with. Anyone who's just gonna walk away with a child will say "yes" if you ask them, so make sure you get confirmation directly from the child that this is their adult.) Also the Dia de los Muertos popit is probably crunchy from the paint. You can see in the video some of the paint is folding when you pop them in. I predict the crunch will be lost with use and the paint will start to peel after a while.
Dear Jackie I have crazy Aaron putty too I’ve left it out in the open for a few days and it never dried out the reason that some of them are hard to open is that the putty clings to the top and the bottom of the container making it difficult to open
Jackie. Thank you. Thank you so gosh darn dang much for calling him Frankenstein’s monster and not Frankenstein. It use to bother me a lot when I was younger, I’ve just accepted it now, but to hear you correctly saying it is so refreshing to my ear balls.
I have some of the original tins of Aaron's crazy putty. It's still perfectly fine. The amount seems right for a mini size. Fun fact, if you pull it fast enough to snap, the break point releases light as a by product of the action. Do it in a dark room. Its fun. Second fun fact, taking the backing off of regular plastic bandaids does the same thing.
I think it’s so funny when she squeezes something that’s shiny like the spider squishy ball at 24:55 because her lights are always so sad on the reflection. Poor lights 😄
I have one of those rocker pop its and my kid hates it because of his trypophobia too. He said it reminds him too much of those “creepy toads from South America”.
For the Dias De Lost Muertos pop-it, I guaranty the crunchiness comes from how the image was applied, I bet you anything it didn't adhere well and you will notice the image start to flake/pull off with very little use.
Frankenstein's monster say "I ought to be thy Adam." I enjoy ur smarty pants-ieness SO much!! And I liked the video as soon as you included people from other countries! You are steady staying the best!
The large putty tins cost around £10, and they're huge. The tiny ones are smaller and usually are for pocket fidgets. I really wanna see Jackie play with a big tin of one of them just to see what she thinks.
I trick-or-treated up until I graduated from High School so that last Halloween, during my senior year, I was 17. When I grew up that was normal and the earlier wave of kids were all the young ones while the later wave, from like 8-midnight, were all the teenagers. Yes, in my area, trick-or-treating lasted all night (from like 5pm to midnight) regardless of what the local government set as the official time. Where I live now the time is set in stone from like 4-6pm (before it's even dark!) and almost no one goes out. It is such a shame.
I’ve ordered fidgets from Mrs Bench twice now and have been Ty pleased each time! I love the little freebies she throws in there, and the vast array of stuff on that website! Omg! I gave my grandpa a couple of stress balls to help him with his tinnitus in his elbow and he seems to like it very much, too. Great little business!
I have a bunch of Aaron's thinking putty and I've had 2 of my tins for 5+ years and they are still exactly how I bought them. It's just that if the tins get stored on their sides or upside down they stick to the top and it can create air bubbles or make it hard to open 😅 if that happens I just grab it out and kind of stick it to itself once you get it all picked up and start playing with it it's perfectly fine 😊
Omg I absolutely loved dressing up for Halloween and l9ved eating candy corn it's been 15 yrs since I've had it omg those look so awesome hugs to you and your furbabies too 🤗 💖
I’m a rabid Halloweener so I always dressup. I have a hard time picking my favourite so I’ll pick 3. My fav costume for work was a living wall hanging. My fav costume as an adult was my zombie pirate. Then my fav as a child was when my best friend and I dressed as a two headed monster. Honourable mention goes to the time mom (who was sewing challenged) tried to make me a pumpkin costume and I ended up looking like a carrot but a very cute carrot.
i remember the crunch tubes from when I was a kid (90s). At that time I think they were just sold as 'noise makers'. And now they are 'fidget toys'. Gotta love finding new uses for classic items.
Let’s go trick or treating Jackie! I totally agree On the little toys: I work at a CVS, and they have a “teal pumpkin project” where they encourage giving small toys instead of food, since there’s no allergy. I personally have an issue with this idea. While we don’t need pounds of candy, we also don’t need hundreds of toys. Most of this junk is just going to end up in another landfill. :( *edit Teal not Real. Lol
I hand out Halloween pencils for the teal pumpkin. I ask the kids if they want a pencil or candy and for candy I have chocolate and non-chocolate options.
Honestly I would prefer the toy not only would it be healthier but it would also last longer and I feel like kids would enjoy it☺️ But maybe thats because i thought the mochis were so cute! Edit: I do realize that most of the toys will probably become forgotten and end up in the trash So it would be better if the toys were Optional But I also the toys would help kids not go to the dentist as much
I love the idea of handing fidgets out instead of candy. Just ordered a bunch off Amazon - Prime day, yeah! - so the kiddos and Amazon thank you for the suggestion, haha
Love the fidget unboxing and for the pop it that had a crunch I think it’s because of the type of paint that was used because I was playing with one of my friends pop it’s and it had a crush and the paint looked like it was coming off
I trick or treated in college and then took the teenage exchange student from Germany when I was 24 so she could experience it. On the topic of liking smells that you shouldn't, my dad what a vocational ed teacher in high school and I thoroughly loved the smell of oil and metal grinding from the machine shop. Any time I smell something close to that, I'm immediately brought back to my elementary school years when I would "help clean up the shop" by trying to sweep up the metal shavings.
I really love Halloween and can never get enough of it, my favorite part was when I dressed up as a vampire. I really love your videos Jackie, you always make my day better. ^^
Please, someone reassure me that I am not the only one who feels cheated if there is no 'Nod of the head' after the crashing sound of discarded packaging ? Maybe it is just me ? Anyhoo, loving your vids, Jackie... your smile and sense of fun are always so soothing and relaxing.... yup, you are actually, in fact youtube's answer to a fidget toy, thank you ! ;) x p.s. I hope you don't mind if I start using 'What the shrimp ?' in my everyday life ? ;) x
Some college students still trick-or-treat (my LARPing club did it in undergrad) and they get away with is. I think if you have a group that's willing to go for it adults may understand depending where you live, especially if you are near a college.
I was a cosplayer. My last made costume was my favorite. It was a mixture of what I thought Princess Belle;'s yellow ball gown. It was a mixture of the animated and live action with alot of detailing and way to many hours of hand painted gold detailing cause I was crazy and board when covid originally hit. I don't mind sharing photos if you'd like to see it. Adam Savage say it in Oct of 2021 at toronto's fanexpo and he loved the detailing.
I love my Crazy Aaron putties! I bought a "sample" pack from Amazon a while ago. They take a little while to warn up and get stretchy. But I have to admit, there is definitely a lot less putty in the Halloween tins than the ones that I bought. You also have to be careful not to get the tins wet, because they will rust.
I got my first “mini” tins from work and I love them!!! I’m obsessed too bad we Don’t have have anymore cause they are 3 dollars at the store I work for.
Good morning Jackie ☺️ I am born on Halloween and dress up every year without fail. My favourite costume would be Alice in wonderland but with my head cut off 😊 have a wonderful spooky day
I've been watching a lot of your video's lately, especially the fidget ones and you make buy far too much fidget toys. 😜 I really like the pop ups in this video, love the "day of the dead" one, it's beautiful. The Frankenbear is also lovely. I would love to have the black cat one, a friend of mine actually has a cat called Jynx. We don't do a lot of trick or treatin' here (I'm from the Netherlands) but there is a ghost tour in a little village close to where I live. I am one of the ghosts with two of my friends. We have to scare people and that is really nice! 😁 Last year we were spooky cowboys an a few years before horror clowns. This year my friends are a dentist and her assistent and I am the patient... 😨🤣 Love your video's, keep up the good work! 👍🏼
I grew up in and live in America so Halloween, costumes, and trick or treating have always been a bit part of the Halloween excitement. My favorite costume was when I was 6 and I was a very pink fairy princess. :3
I have a couple favorite costumes, once I got one of those penguin costumes-the full onesie type with hole for feet and a hood with the penguin’s face. It’s one of my favorites because I kept seeing geese fly by so I would make jokes like, “Cousins! Help me” towards the geese. My other one is Charlie from kinky boots-the one where he has the boots on and half a suit. That one felt awesome wearing.
I AGREE with your statement on trick-or-treating ;) I also greatly encourage pet owners to dress up their pups/kitties/piggies and come around, I would gladly keep pet treats on hand if it became the norm. I just wanna see all the adorable costumes, human or not :'D
I think you should give Crazy Aaron's another chance. Aaron's thinking putty is supposed to be small. Most of the ones they make are that way. It's so that way they can be a portable fidget for school and the office. They do only come in 2 or 3 sizes. Their clear putty is definitely a different consistency than the normal ones. I assume it's a different formula. If you didn't like the size of the crazy Aaron's I recommend buying the large. I love crazy Aaron's. (My opinion) I love that you and Mrs bench are friends because I watch you both. My family will never forget Casper the ghost. It is tradition for us to watch the classic Halloween movie every October. You're awesome! I comment all the time. ~Jinx
Love the idea of giving out the mochi squishies to trick or treaters i always have some halloween themed sticker sheets and temporary tattoos for kiddos with food allergies might need to start doing the mochis too.
Frankenstein's monster does *kind of* name himself Adam ("I ought to be thy Adam"), even if no one ever uses it for him, and the monster even rarely uses it for himself. Adam is also often the name given to the monster in other retellings of the story. So some people do refer to the monster as "Adam" and you weren't really wrong, but also editor isn't exactly wrong either.
Not sure if it was my absolute favorite costume, but in 3rd grade I used paper grocery bags (ironically at a time before plastic bags took over the world...lol) to make myself into a robot. I had to carry around a stapler with me all day to make repairs. 🤖
Oh I LOVE Halloween theme ♥ the crunch sound on the Dia de los muertos' pop it probably is due to the paint, when you pressed them, we can see the wrinkles. I don't know if it come off with time, but I loved it! Unfortunately in Brazil we don't have the tradition of trick or treating on Halloween, but in compensation there is the distribution of sweets to children on a holiday called "Saint Cosme and Damião Day"
In my country, we don't really celebrate Halloween or do trick or treating. It's not a big thing here. But shops sells all sorts of candies, chocolate etc and costumes, accessories, makeup etc. But I love seeing kids to dress up for Halloween or just wear some sort of headbands. Years ago, I was having Halloween party with friends and I was dressed up as an fantasy character that I got idea just few days before party. Some years ago, with few other friends we had a themed party and we chose asylum, those who wanted dress up were asked to do little backstory of their character and why they were at the asylum. It was super fun! Nowadays if I have work around Halloween, I go easiest way: cat ear headband 😁
Fave costume: I'm obsessed with koalas, so a few years ago I dressed as a Koala and my fiance was the koala's tree 😂. We aren't the craftiest people ever so the fact that we DIY'd both costumes made us so proud!! 🐨🎃💜
I always would dress up for Halloween and I had plenty of great costumes I loved, but I think my favorites were a black cat, a ghost pirate, Frankie Stein from Monster High, and Sailor Moon! I was obsessed with Sailor Moon, and plan to cosplay in the future so that sailor moon costume was good practice for me. 🥰
Quick tip for you and I think Pat would love it too. Next time you get a hard to open tin or jar use rubber kitchen gloves (yeah I know you can't because of allergies which I think is why Pat would like this tip more). It really makes opening those hard to open lids way more easier.

when I was about 10 I went as a vampire and practed saying I vant to suck your blood ahahaha all day
halloween fidgets is just putting my two favorite things together into one
The light up tube gave me the good goosebumps in a way the normal ones don't. Something about that different crunch just worked for me.
I’m obsessed too bad we
Don’t have have anymore cause they are 3 dollars at the store I work for.
Make ME buy far too much fidget toys I meant... 😁
Hi Jackie! I also never knew that. But I think fidget toys have a theme for every season or festival not sure about that 🤔
Jackie, swingens her Monkey noodles: ”Look at that sound”.
Okay. My ears are looking, Jackie.
“…Pat?…PAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTT!?”
Engage Goat Jackie xD
(My opinion)
I love that you and Mrs bench are friends because I watch you both.
My family will never forget Casper the ghost. It is tradition for us to watch the classic Halloween movie every October.
You're awesome!
I comment all the time.

If you love underbites, you'd love a pug! I have one and it makes so many things she does so adorably funny and cute!
You know right now I'm really sick I feel horrendous and the only thing right now that is making me happy is your videos 🙂
Love the idea of giving out the mochi squishies to trick or treaters i always have some halloween themed sticker sheets and temporary tattoos for kiddos with food allergies might need to start doing the mochis too.
just make sure they know its not edible or a gummy!
@@shadowwolf9795 yes obviously, I would always make sure people know what they are taking
@@greendragon1994 i assumed you would but i did want to make sure! would hate for anyone to get hurt or in trouble,
@@greendragon1994 You should write it on the package too. They might leave the treat bag lying around for awhile and forget
I LOVED the satisfying stretchlers! Keep up the great work Jackie!!!
idk if I spelled that right 🤣
That día de muertos pop it is really pretty! We don't usually get themed things because all the Halloween stuff
Ah the poppet is my favorite🎃🌈❤️
Oh I LOVE Halloween theme ♥ the crunch sound on the Dia de los muertos' pop it probably is due to the paint, when you pressed them, we can see the wrinkles. I don't know if it come off with time, but I loved it!
Unfortunately in Brazil we don't have the tradition of trick or treating on Halloween, but in compensation there is the distribution of sweets to children on a holiday called "Saint Cosme and Damião Day"
Jackie speaking Spanish is so CUTE ❤
the "🙄🙄🙄" after correcting jackie about franken bear 😂
Hold the tube at the very end and then spin it around above your head super fast... The sound is sooo good!
Quick tip for you and I think Pat would love it too. Next time you get a hard to open tin or jar use rubber kitchen gloves (yeah I know you can't because of allergies which I think is why Pat would like this tip more). It really makes opening those hard to open lids way more easier.
