After I heard the clip (6:58) and watched it. I had to pause in the middle of this video. I work about a 9-5 in retail. I work hard and do whatever I need to do because I like being a good employee and I like to think that I’ll get more hours from the hard work I put in but I make about $11 or €10.13 an hour. Shits hard in America and right now, I can’t even call my current job a job because my employer only scheduled me for a day this week. Why? It’s cause the higher ups of the company everyone works for, fucked up the bag and have BEEN cutting hours ever since December. I sometimes worry if I’m gonna have more time but I also worry if I’m gonna get another job, especially how the economy is in the US. Right now, you have to either have good experience in retail or you have to hope a family member has your back and has you apply at the same business they are working at. So hearing a mf with that was born with silver spoon in his mouth, never saw their parents struggle, never struggled and never in a moment in his life to be humbled comment on how “Oh twitch is so hard” try working in retail, try working in fast food, try getting an actual a job and stay there for a year. He actually has the money and the time to do what he loves, while people like me have to work out asses off on the daily to just make a living, just to surviving from paycheck to paycheck.
(Edit: sorry if this is too much y’all. People like this piss me off more than anything because never in their life have they struggled or witness those around them struggle as they grew up and even now the struggle still persist. I’m gonna get off tho cause no matter how hard this life is. I still gotta keep pushing. No matter how shit life is, you have to keep pushing. Especially to make it to the end goal.)
