I’m not sure if those year ranges are accurate? When this game came out I was 20 years old, and I was born in 1997. The characters were probably born in 1997-2000. Also the first ever showcase teaser of the game and the characters was in 2016, when I was 18 years old. So again, i think these characters accurate years are 1997-2000.

so many things i couldnt believe, one, taiga and i have the same zodiac and birth month, two. i was on there wiki, and i was shocked to find there real ages, i thought they were between 12 and 16. but to find out all of them are 18 to 20. that's just weird. i mean i get if its to avoid the game being blocked for child you know what, but damn.
