Artist Discovers New Medium Using LEGO Bricks 🎨🧱🖼️ | Small Tiny Starts Art Documentary

Katherine Duclos sees LEGO bricks as the “start of something” - a tool to bring big ideas to life, using something small. That’s why she uses them to create intricate works of art that express emotion and represent her experiences with her family and environment as a neurodivergent woman.
When The LEGO Group came across Katherine’s art, it felt important to give her a platform to showcase these masterpieces. With Miami Art week approaching, Katherine was asked to create an original piece that The LEGO Group would highlight at the Center For Creative Flow Installation at Art Basel.
Katherine’s relationship with color and her unique use of bricks is a great inspiration to continue pushing the boundaries of creativity and play - that building with LEGO bricks can come to life in a million different ways.
