@1havepatience please do yiu not have a borehole? Or you on the Ghana water grid supply? Please make sure the water these guys supply you is from a treated water source because sometimes they collect water from some unknown sources like streams and rivers. So if its for your personal use please get from a treated source. Because if the pour any water in there it contaminates your water tank and pipes all over.
I love your house Patience. Looks so serene and neat. Trying to understand why you are erecting the external spiral stairs to gain direct access to the top level? Is it going to be the exclusive exit for the drunk in-laws ana?
@@1HavePatience Very smart. Is it required by Ghana building code or your own? BTW, it's also a very befitting exit for out of control drunk in-laws. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well done Sis doing a great job saw you sometime in West Norwood wanted to say Hello but was in a bus please can you provide the number of these guys doing the metal stairs they've done a great job would like to use thier services thanks.
@1havepatience I also notice your electrical meters are a bit too low, a bit unsafe if you habe children around the house, best to have it raised up a bit of have a secured cupboard built around it. That is much better, i know you might want access to load it with credits but its best secured I think.
@1HavePatience always a pleasure. Please do you intend to put a security door or at the actual building exit onto the balcony space where you have the spiral stairs? And also a glass door that slides or open outwards to keep rain out of the balcony area? Not a bad idea but if the rain doesn't bother the security door is better to keep any intruders out in case if they manage to get into the compound. I know there are measures like alarms but there could be a case there's nobody at home. Another thing o was thinking as an additional on to your spiral balcony attachment was a canopy added to the top to give some shade to sit up there if you don't feel like going downstairs, connected to the wall above the entrance. What do you think about that? Just a suggestion.
@1HavePatience I forgot to mention, also the pool water it doesn't need to be drained to get clean to waste the water. There's a way they set the pump and to backwash the filter into the waste pipe to get rid of any further or debris and then return to normal cycle and add the chemical for treatment. I hope your pool system setup allows this option. The frequent backwashing also cleans the system up.
It seems like you have the gate motor I am researching to buy for my house . Are you using smart D5 gate motor ? Thanks for responding to my thousand questions
Don't you have Ghana Water Pipelines in your. community? If you do then you just have to pay them to connect it to your home. You would be given a meter and then can pay your bills.

Contact for your welders pls Sister..?
Any mosquito issues inside the house ?
How about perimeter?
The mosquitoes turn up at night. You just have to be careful not to let them in! I also spray inside with mosquitoes spray or burn the coil.
Why are you add more water to pool so soon ?
Water was removed a while back for work on the pool, so I just wanted to get it back up to the right level.
Is borehole possible in your area?
Yes, it is possible
@@1HavePatience you are blessed!

I can’t wait to see you plant your garden and do your lawn.
